“Although there were too many phone calls from them no messages were left for me. I was at work or busy most of the times when the calls were made. I had a look at their website as they had been recommended to me by my solicitor so I wanted to check. Their prices seemed very reasonable so I called them up. Andy Finch, the customer advisor I spoke to was really helpful, without being pushy and gave me the options. I said I'd have a look at other companies and let him know. I found a cheaper quote and contacted him and said if he match it I would take the plan. They did and I also got the option to pay the remainder of the fee interest free over 5 years and got £50 Love to shop vouchers too!!”

“i spoke to Andrew Bowen who asked me about funeral plans. i was considering taking this out at an earlier stage but never got round to doing it. what impressed me so much about Andrew Brown was he never pushed me to buy this plan he only asked to think about it and he covered everything about this funeral plan. thank you so much for being so processional in your work, your a credit to the company you work for.”
