Wrong part sent after we were very specific in what we ordered. I returned the part by special delivery was told that the right part would be despatched that day via next day service. I called 48 hours later after it hadn't arrived to be told that it wasn't available and had never been in stock. I cannot obtain the refund..it has gone on for 10 days now with a string of empty promises and still no refund let alone the postage and numerous calls later.. AVOID agreed an absolute scam of a company. I will not be defrauded..the fridge part is for a very elderly relative.

They have been sitting with my Iiyama monitor for nearly 4 months! It was sent to them on 18th Nov 2020. Unable to source the power supply needed to repair the monitor they said 3 weeks ago they would order a replacement. I have phoned them twice and got the same story - oh we're contacting Iiyama for a replacement. They don't keep you informed of progress and are utterly useless at getting simple tasks like placing an order done!

Absolutely disgusting customer service unprofessional, unhelpful. All advisers need good training. Collected our Toshiba TV almost 2 weeks ago. I have to chase them. TV was damaged in transition I have been told now is not on the warranty and I will not be able to have refund and the do understand my frustration but it is no ones fault.... Excuse me my 3 kids staying without TV for Christmas, such a magic. I lost TV I lost £300 pound. It is someone's fault. Manager refused to call and provide evidence of phon call. I am raising complain with Toshiba.

An absolute scam of a company! Samsung uses these plonkers to carry out monitor repairs. My Samsung joystick went wrong on the monitor so I couldn't switch inputs or brightness etc. I contacted Samsung who asked this company to call me and collect the monitor. Lucy from Repairtech asked me if I had the box and I said no obviously not it was 8 months old. She sent a courier with a flimsy box and a very poor amount of packaging. She did not tell me about any packaging instruction email. The courier then packaged the monitor. I expected the monitor to be fixed and returned and they called me to say the monitor was damaged in transit and that I would have to pay for it? I was Shocked! Send flimsy packaging and then blame the customer when they could easily claim it from the courier. I immediately wrote a complaint in and have waited all week for an update. I called in multiple times and they say they will respond to the complaint but Lucy never did. I am still waiting for a response to my complaint and also my repair to be done. I think its highly probable I will take the complaint to someone else and recover the funds via court action. Avoid like the PLAGUE!

I got a AOC monitor from my wife at Xmas Bought from curry's £400+ on 2.1.18, Stared getting problems with it just before summer black smudges across screen, every time I switch it on smudge had move to another place by this time I had 50 to 60 dead pixels "got pics" Called Repairtech spoken to john and sent e-mail 23/7/18 he said" That looks like more than drivers" we will just replace it with a recondition one, I was not happy, but ok, filled in RMA form, no replies so called again, 1st in the cue we will answer in 1 min, 26 mins later was told we are real busy from the lady then I was told that NO you'll have to send it to us, I asked to speak to John who I had originally spoke to and was told he's not available, asked the lady on the phone for her name and got told "Joanne Lumley" turns out her name was Rachael. I advised “Rachael” I had recorded the conversation to allow proof of this unhelpfulness. I sent the monitor back. Just got call back today saying it was small files inside screen not under warranty because of foreign objects. I feel this is a very poor-quality screen if foreign objects can enter the screen and cause this damage. When I asked John for AOC’S number as he had requested that I call them direct I was then told there was no number at their office for me to be able to do this. Have searched the internet since returning home and am no further forward just keep getting put back to Repairtech from AOC’s website. Extremely unhappy with this service and poor quality considering I paid £459.99 only 7 months ago. I have also now been without a monitor for nearly two weeks. Mr Castello I would really appreciate a call to try and resolve these issues as I am unhappy about leaving this, and having to put up with a very unsatisfactory product which I use for work and social activities on a daily basis. Thankyou

Avoid! Struggle to understand why AOC are continuing to damage their reputation in the UK by using this company. Monitor has been sent to them 7 weeks ago. I exchanged correspondence with them even few weeks before that (12 weeks all together). Till today they are not able to provide ETA. They claim that they ordered parts, that's the only information I was given. I would never use their service if only I would check opinion about them. I have got 14 emails from them. Contacted them on the phone 5 times. What can we do with such an incompetent company?! DISGRACE !! I am going to Social Media of AOC itself as a last resort.
