“Very professional service. With Fixfactor I have fantastic experience. That days they been caled RaPhone. They fixed my old Iphone run over by a car. I tried in four other shops and only the RaPhone take on to reaper my old phone and rescue all my important data. It took 4 days but the phone is as new. Many thanks to Martin for his clear and professional advice. Adam”

“repaired screen on sony z3 compact. at almost 100 pounds parts quality is expected to be reasonably good. as it happened, phone was dropped from the low height and screen shattered to pieces at multiple points. original fell many times in worst conditions and never had even minor crack or scratch. I would understand that OEM parts are no longer available, but personnel in the shop assured that replacement is of the same quality and so its worth paying them extra for the quality. compare this with £120 cost for replacement of Samsung A5 screen at official center .. and one would see that above was bad value for money.”

“It seems that there aren't many places in London to get a Pixel 2 repaired. Google's official route involves sending it overseas, Carphone Warehouse can't say how long it will take to repair and there are only a few independents who can do it. Raphone were able to fix it within a couple of hours. I just booked an appointment on the website and popped in. They were upfront about the process and how much it was going to cost. The phone's as good as new now. Hopefully I won't damage the phone again but if I do, it's good to have found someone I can trust to deal with it for me.”

“Very prompt service. I had turned in my Nexus 6 phone to get the cracked screen replaced and it was fixed perfectly and sent back to me in a a couple of days. No fuss repairs. Highly recommended!”
