“Good value and quick response. Explanation of service when booking was good, but could have a little clearer in parts. Nonetheless felt overall the phone booking was done professionally and courteously. Julian, the engineer who came to repair our machine arrived within the allotted time. He could have been a little warmer, and he struggled slightly with his English speaking (by his own admission) but we could understand each other more or less. Julian was quick and efficient in undertaking the repair. Overall I would recommend this company.”

“Great all round service. Quick and easy to book, arrived on time, quickly and easily diagnosed the problem and reassured it is was a quick fix with a not to expensive part. Didn't have the part with him, but was back within a few days to finish the job. Really nice guy who called both times before he arrived and even put plastic shoe protectors on so as not to walk rain onto our carpets. Have already recommended to a neighbour!”
