“I was needing a spare tyre for my Renault Laguna. I advertised on the website "1stchoice.co.uk" A website that specialises in hosting the sales of recycled vehicle parts, what I was needing, being sure to input the size I was needing clearly as 225/45R17. Renparts answered my advert with offering Wheel (Spare) Current wheel 225/45R17 for £73.50. What they sent me was a space saver, numbered 135/80R17, clearly not what I was looking for. And at a price you may expect to pay for a recycled proper wheel, not a recycled space saver. I contacted them, they tried to tell me this was what I had ordered, but after I made clear it was not they agreed to have it collected and issue a refund. They didn't issue a refund I never heard from them until I chased it up. They claimed to have sent a courier, but I didn't see one. They then said that if I wanted a refund I would need to return the space saver. I paid £14.40 to have it returned to them and received a refund. But it meant I had to pay £14.40 for their mistake. I had offered tto dispose of the space saver for them but they demanded it be returned if I wanted a refund. I have written to Trading Standards about them.”

“Scammers! They take your money quickly enough on parts they haven’t got and then fob you off while trying to get a refund on something you were never going to receive. You have been warned so deal with them at your own peril”

“We ordered a subframe from you on 20/5/22 for a Jaguar. The part delivered was incorrect for our car. We have been promised a refund, but every time I phone there is a different excuse. No-one in accounts department. Boss is away and can't authorise credit etc etc. Have phoned numerous times and still no closer to receiving our refund. Appalling company to deal with.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sold parts that were incomplete and incorrect. I spoke on the telephone to a member of staff (dom) who said they understood what I needed and I even gave serial numbers and part numbers. Clearly informed that I needed complete parts (I have proof to show this is what I asked for) Incomplete parts arrived missing important brackets and mounts and not one but two incorrect radios. When I asked for the missing part I was given an attitude and told they would collect everything the next day. This was impossible as I was away and not had time to repack. Still they ignored me and are refusing to accept return for the wrong parts. I’m £145 out of pocket and have now gone through my bank to recover funds. Absolute joke of a company and immature staff who ignore you. Please feel free to ask for the proofs I have screenshots and pictures as well as emails and WhatsApp messages.”

“Got a quote, but didn't purchase straight away, within an hour i got a call pushing to buy. I needed the part so i did so. Failed to deliver 3 times, no one could give me an answer why.. It's a £500 piece. The 3rd time i just asked for a refund, and confirmation, he said they could not give confirmation, not his department. The only guy in the office, answering phones, but not his department? In the end i went through the credit card company to recieve my money back, as they're obviously scammers. Avoid these people at all costs.”

“Do not use this company they are fraud and liar. Ordered a brake calliper for my discovery waited for two weeks and part never arrived blaming delivery company So I asked for a refund nearly one month Still waiting for the refund . Sale representative Kat is un professional and rude peron she don’t know what is she doing. Stay away from this scammer company highly not recommended”

“Ordered an engine over the phone for a customers renault kangoo van paid extra for a complete 54k. engine to include injectors, intake etc. Paid for delivery 7 -10 days, turned up 3 weeks later 2 injectors.missing on an engine that looked like it had been on the titanic since it sank. After numerous phone calls, excuses and lack of help, got told to use my own parts off the old engine!!!! Please avoid using this company at all costs. Promise the earth and under deliver. Very unprofessional.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Waited nearly 3 weeks for a gearbox, numerous phone calls being told it would be delivered on such a day, never turned up. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back! Avoid at all costs”

“I desperately needed a Mph cluster/speedometer to be able to import a Kmph French Renault Kangoo from 2011. Renparts found the right one in no time, for a super friendly price, with a mileage driven similar to the distance in km. It arrived in perfect order within 3 days. Once fitted it looks and works abolutely fine. This part saves me nearly 500 pounds. So thank you Renpart very very much. A perfect job done!”

“My experience of renparts i should of read the reviews seems to be a bit of everybodies experience in my story.any way went online find a part or whatever it was renparts came up write numbers on parts i required (A BODY CONTROL MODULE FOR A VIVARO ) good price so ordered on 7th december meanwhile van is stuck at garage waiting for part couple of weeks later nothing so on the phone, courier has it then still didnt turn up so on phone aqain apparently because i paid by card mine wasn't sent out,,so bit longer still nothing on phone again "we have had to source a new part as we haven't actually got it" ok anyway it turns up ....totally wrong part.. so i buy another from lithuania which turns up in 10 days right numbers no problems . it then takes 2 weeks for them to get parcel force to pick the part up also another 4 phone calls to get money back with excuses like parcel force cant deliver your part back to us for a refund because its snowing... i think the best one was we got broken into over christmas and they stole the phones ..... Anyway i got my money back yesterday i will never go to ..renparts every again and i would advice caution”

“I really should have read the reviews before ordering a spare wheel. Needless to say 3 weeks later no spare wheel, £63 out of pocket. When phoning the chap was very polite but clueless about the order, courier was blamed, he said he'd call back but didn't. Please stay well clear.”

“Warning Warning !!!!!!!!!!! “Totally useless call yourself renault specialist cant waited over a week for part after chase up get excuses system down then lost with courier then said send one out again on next day and guess what yep the wrong part even though they had pictures and part numbers to match too staff are rude and don't even care basically trys putting blame onto us the customer would never use again dont even deserve a 1 star”
