“Ordered a carpet from Remland of which they had to order in directly from the makers in Belgium so initial delivery took longer than anticipated. Unfortunately the carpet that arrived had a hole in it which I can only imagine was from the couriers as I’ve had similar issues in the past. Upon calling Remland, Marie went above and behind to rectify the situation for me. She had the carpet picked up and I was able to put in a replacement order for a carpet that was a slightly bigger size as I made a typo upon initial delivery. I was able to pay the additional without issue for this and hope to receive this shortly. Can’t fault the service these guys offer as well as the prices they get on some good carpets.”

“easy to order, very promt delivery. Was realy well wrapped. The delivery man was polite and so helpful,putting it just where i asked. Had a little look at it and it looks lovely. Still have not got it laid on kitchen floor but that will soon be done. Ordrered it early did not think it would be such great promt service. I send a great big THANK YOU.”
