“Everything has been great from start to where we are now. The sales guy was very helpful and made sure that I knew what I was taking out. “I can't remember the name of the person who dealt with my claim but she was super nice and managed to get everything organised for me quickly. I have had bad experiences with other insurance companies in the past but Regency really do go the extra mile. Extremely satisfied with everything!”

“Regency has helped through all my illness that I had to fight through for the past three months. I had cancer stage 2 without any vivid symptoms. However, cancer started to creep in my lungs without me knowing until one day I blacked out and had really bad breathing problems. Regency covered everything since I was in perfect health for the past years, and it suddenly happened. Anyways this comment is to thank you the best insurance I have ever found and without Regency imagine how difficult it would be for me since I am all by myself. The support that the team made was also not just fast claims back but also how the team talked to me about my personal worries, and they really cared about my physical and mental health. They understood how scared I was since cancer is not something that could be cured easily. But in the end, I did chemo radiation and recovered since it was just stage 2 at the early phrase. Thank you for being there through my hard times Regency I am so thankful that I decided to choose this insurance.”

“This company actually reaches out with help topics and solutions. Jenny is one who exemplifies this and it is much appreciated, she deserves positive recognition. This is just one of many reasons that caused me to choose Regency for my health care coverage. Sadly it is the lack of this customer commitment from my last health care company that directed me to go with Regency. Regency demonstrates a true commitment to great customer service. “I have been dealing with a lot of issuance companies throughout my life, I never came across one that has human resources like Regency, the people you deal with are humane which is the top quality when you deal with any firm let alone health insurance firm ! I recommended them to many of my friends because of their outstanding customer service. The coverage is truly international which is the biggest concern we have as regular travelers and expats . The process is well thought and is not as complicated and rigid like other firms. All in all, I would say its superb place to insure yourself and beloved ones and thank you for the team that is simply outstanding !”

“Very good cover Have had regency health for a few years and the cover has beeen excellent. Making a claim is relatively easy, i do need to contact them for a refund but they are generally very quick and they are quite professional. Cover is comprehemsive and they have same nice additional benefits. Price is good compared to a lot of the options out there. Overall happy”
