“Cannot praise Sean enough. Honestly the best person I have dealt with in a long time, had an issue with a faulty car and the dealer was trying to wriggle out of it on a number of occasions. Sean like the godsend he is helped and got the vehicle returned so I was able to purchase another from elsewhere. Having 3 disabled children and a newborn it was not an easy situation, I would recommend Sean to everybody I know who needs car finance, he went above and beyond anyone's expectations and got everything sorted. Thanks ever so much, world would definitely be a better place with more people like him!!!”

“I came to this company looking for a car, I didn’t know what to expect. I met Richard who took me through the whole process, he was absolutely amazing. I kept changing my mind, but he was there and he was so patient with me, he was incredible. In the end I got the car I wanted and Richard made sure he helped me find a car that was within my budget. Richard thank you, and thank you for bearing with me while I could not decide…. Overall the customer service was exceptional . Thank you Refused car finance, thank you Richard 👏👏👏”

“I was very doubtful in the beginning about taking out another finance and the hassle that goes with it and the constant refusal form other companies, but Sean has gone above and beyond for me and my family and has quite honestly saved our lives by helping us find our perfect car and very efficiently. “I have had an extremely amazing experience with Richard. He has been extremely responsive no matter the time I needed to ask the question. I called him alot messaged alot I am an extremely high maintenance customer and he really provided me with the utmost level of attention. “My finance advisor was Richard he was amazing very polite quick and very helpful he was there talking me thought the hole process and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision about what car and for what budget on top of that he saved me a lot of money unlike the other companies I was going to use which needed a deposit he said that he didn’t require it so I was able to get things I needed. I can’t fault their service at all no bad points all positive this company make midland credit look bad well done guys and Richard is an amazing advisor 😀”

“After being refused for so long I concluded that I’d never be able to finance a car again. I applied in the evening and received an automated email that I’d been accepted, I thought there must have been a mistake. I got a call from Sean the next morning letting me know I’d been accepted by a lender and I was quite pleased with the amount - still couldn’t believe it! He explained the process which was so so simple compared to other brokers wanting you to jump through hoops, I was driving away in my new car within 48 hours. Sean is not a pushy salesman, he is respectful and genuine. If you have bad credit but have the means to finance a car, I would recommend filling in the application and giving this company a try!”
