“It seems printer manufacturers have the bullying mindset that says their cartridges have some secret ingredient which, woe betide you should you not buy their seriously more expensive inks. NOT So Blackadder, I’m using Refresh and sadly discarding the previous model’s inks which although they look the same and indeed, fit the new printers carrier, are “ not recognised “ Bah! David Sholl.”

““Value for Money” Very good service by 'REFRESH CARTRIDGES' the items were received within 24 hours (I believe this is the standard delivery method by 'REFRESH CARTRIDGES') I was very happy with the swift delivery service, even though I did order the colour ink cartridges ‘On Line’ during a late afternoon. In the future, I will purchase the ink cartridges from 'REFRESH CARTRIDGES' because the Price was Right !!! On observation, it was noticed that no damage and leakage to the packaging and all ink cartridges were handled very carefully by the delivery company too. I have printed a couple of pages including a TEST page using these new colour ink cartridges. There were no errors and the colour prints were fantastic. Moreover, you can see through the ink level of the cartridge due to the structure of the clear-hard plastic ink cartridge container which I have not experienced the see-through effect with other ink cartridges in the marketplace. It was nice to do business with 'REFRESH CARTRIDGES'”

“Refresh Cartridges are excellent and the response to my recent order was well up to standard. The shame was that it was ruined by the part played by Royal Mail in the process. The order was made by me on Sunday 28th August, it was despatched Monday 29th August (Bank Holiday) via Royal Mail 24 / Courier and arrived with the parcel split open (photo attached) on Thursday 1st September.”

“Ordered Mirror professional photo paper resin coated satin A4, I had already used this paper before so knew that the quality of this paper is top notch. I found it on refresh cartridges at a very reasonable price and delivery was fast and free - recommended to make your home printed photos look like there printed from the shop.....”

“Please forgive me for delaying the writing of this review until now. Even allowing for the modest level of the transaction, the level of service has been outstanding. The quality of the product (50 sheets matt photo paper A3) represents excellent value. It arrived the following day, beautifully and securely packaged. If I could award a thousand stars for this outfit I would. Glad to recommend to others. In the time honoured words of The Terminator, "I'll be back"”

“Brilliant fast delivery and not had any problems with the quality of my printing, although last week I printed some photos and the results were quite poor, so I have cleaned the printing head and replaced the photo black cartridge, because I hadn't printed photos for a long time and thought it may be clogged up. Not yet had chance to see if this has resolved the problem.”
