“Exceptional service and a cast iron no-quibble returns policy. Highly recommended. I ordered a replacement ink cartridge for an Epson PictureMate 100 printer ( Epson original long out of production). Unfortunately, the cartridge was not recognised. I spoke to Refresh and without hesitation a replacement was sent which arrived next day. This cartridge was recognised but the printer would not print - probably due to age. Again, I spoke to Refresh (Tasha?) and having explained the problem a full refund was given; it was posted within the hour. Exceptional service thank you.”

“This company is just wonderful! They are friendly on the phone and the ordered compatible cartridges arrive in double quick time. They always install, work well and are so so much cheaper than branded Canon ones. My printer is the Canon Pixma TS series, the cartridges are separate colours, which I find so much better than the mixed colour cartridges. Very happy customer!!”

“I have been a customer with refresh cartridges for a number of years. Their cartridges have always worked on my Cannon printer and my Hewlett-Packard printer. I had a problem only once with a cartridge which had passed it’s llifeing date which was my fault. Out of the goodness of their heart they sent me a free replacement. Staff have been friendly and helpfull, when I had a need to ring and contact the company. I will not change to any other company. For me, they are the best.”
