“A very good experience, purchasing a drum unit for my Brother lazer printer. Email the company to ask if they had a replacement for an older model, they replied with the details of the one I needed, placed my order, and received it a couple of days later, installed the refurbished drum unit, I am now back to perfect printing.”

“Such good value and order arrived promptly. Never go anywhere else now and have recommended to a number of people. Good idea to use disposable gloves or tissues when putting cartridges in as sometimes a little leakage.”

“Bought replacement ink cartridges for ny Epson eco-tank ET-2620 after carrying out a price comparison on the internet. Refresh were selling them at half the price that Epson were and I made an immediate purchase. I did wonder if the price being charged was incorrect but no that price made me very happy indeed. Quickly came via post, well packaged and all in order - genuine article so well pleased and would certainly do a return visit for future ink.”

“I have bought Blu-Ray cases online on a number of occasions and have always been disappointed, as the cases have always arrived in a used condition, even though they were listed as brand new. Refresh cartridges are the first to provided new cases, as listed but also a budget alternative to the usually expensive Amray cases. Very happy with my purchase and will be using Refresh Cartridges again in the near future.”

“This is my second order of full set of replacement cartridges. Great price and service from Refresh Cartridges - and fast delivery. Only issue is that the last replacements worked very well and straight away - this time my Epson kept rejecting the cartridges... and not just the usual message: 'it appears you are not using original Epson cartridges' etc., but repeatedly not accepting there was a cartridge there at all. Had to re-load and clean heads (using loads of ink) many times before they were accepted and nozzles working properly. Not sure if the quality may have changed? Still very good value though.”
