I'm registered with Reeds Accountancy for 15 years and always receive application refusals. I'm qualified ACCA accountant with an extensive experience in financial and management accounting also have experience in the tax planning. I'm finding Reeds so rigid abd only one response since last 15 years. Just waste of time. They don't arrange interviews with the potential employers. And also Reeds don't provide any feedback that why the application has been rejected.

I received an amazing service from Lauren Cubitt from start to finish. She went above and beyond, was always available when I needed her and never once doubted me! She massively helped me land my new job and I can’t sing her praises enough! Thank you Lauren. You are an asset to Reed.

My son went into the Sheffield office after University for his first job. It was like Fort Knox - they didn't want to let him in without an appointment. They finally admitted him, lots of people typing away on computers and one very reluctant and unwelcoming person who more or less told him to go away, although he was very keen and polite and willing to listen. They really are only interested in earning a commission, and nothing else.

online courses provided by their partner learning curve are advertised as free, they are not necessarily free, you require to be eligible for unspecified funding otherwise they have a cost, this information is not visible on the reed website, may be a data harvesting scam or at least poor advertising.

Very effective. Many recruiters use Reed to contact potential candidates, so it's almost a must when choosing a recruitment website.

It's such a scam and they don't even refund it, after waiting for 5 days for the money to be refunded I tried to contact them but my emails are not getting delivered to them

The online course was a pain in the ass to keep getting back onto. Wouldnt accept password and had to keep emailing them and asking wtf .. They said the certificate was free.,hard copy or PDF which is a total lie . It isnt . Dont sa iits free when it isnt. Big no from me wouldnt recommend to anyone. Now they are wanting £21.99 for the PDF or £35 print out copy of certificate..really...wtf

Do not purchase courses with them ,i purchased 2 and got nothing, still waiting course owners to send me log in details, they dont answer emails and read.co will never refund you. Scammers

Completely useless. Staff often not vetted much at all, judging by the way they employ someone who thinks least is spelt list... and doesn't know how e mails work either.... that person is actually OK, just not trained to know anything whatsoever... I feel really sorry for that person, doing more than they ever expected just to try to help me, but I'm sure while the Co workers want to be decent, the big bosses don't. Heard they got done for tax evasion.

I booked and paid for a Hygiene course 2 weeks ago and still (Despite two complaints directly to the Reed web site!!) have not received log in details for the course which I was advised would take 48 HRS or less!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Reeds when I landed in the UK. Spoke to a representative we advised me accordindly and followed through even while I resumed. I recommend them anytime anyday!

Clear, simple and straightforward. I have taken a few Courses with Apex Learning they are packed with information, so I've gained plenty of knowledge from them. Very easy to understand and take Notes. They are always prompt in responding to my Emails. I would recommend both Reed and Apex Learning to anyone who is looking for quality learning materials!

I would like to thank Sarah at Reed in Epsom for her time and help in finding me a position after a long career break within days of contacting her. She is always very supportive and prompt in keeping you updated. She is absolutely brilliant and has never disappointed me a position. I highly recommend her.
