I love Reeclaim! Over the course of last year, I got over £100 back, which was a lovely discount on my annual travelcard. Glad to be back up and running (even if in beta) after TfL changed their system. Keep fighting the good fight Reeclaim...

Simple to use and automatically claims refunds for you. Anyone who uses tfl contactless or Oyster should have this.

Reeclaim is amazing. When you’re already late to work because of daily tube delays, who has time to claim refunds via a non user friendly tfl system? Props to the engineers who have designed this! Saved me so much time and money. Thank you!

Always great at getting elusive refunds back from tfl and its ongoing fails. Glad to see it return and hope this a long term thing. This is such a helpful service especially for commuters that are stresssed out by tfl's poor service. Keep up the good work

Reeclaim really did work for months after I signed up, applied automatic web credits to my TFL account - easy. Hope it's back online soon. I now manually claim back at least 3 journeys per week (£10-15). Claim it back using TFL online form until Reeclaims back up and running. It's shocking, why should TFL get away with it - it's your money!!!

No reason to use this service, they themselves admitted that it doesn't work. TFL have basically disabled this.

Fantastic service and saved me a lot of money over the time I was registered. Unfortunately TFL have now complicated the claiming process with the login so I have had to manually claim the refunds. Hope you can find a way around this.

So good, that TfL had to find a way to break their system. Saved me lots of time and money by automatically submitting the refund requests. I hope they find a way to prevent the sillyness that TfL are playing

Excellent Free Service. Don't be put off by any negative reviews. TFL changed the login system and this stopped Reeclaim working. Not their fault. TFL could provide an automatic refund service themselves easily but they don't. When the Reeclaim system was up and running it worked flawlessly. Had many refunds automatically applied.
