I have bought from Reddiseals on anf off for 15+ years. Prices for ironmongery and timber products have always been very good ( I know all the suppliers and shop around for the best deals depending on what I need ) compared to anyone else. Quality and delivery have always been ok. When there was an issue with stock they took the time to let me know what was happening and gave me options so overall very good.

I had a problem with the delivery because of an incorrect postcode. This was sorted out very professionally by their customer service people. Very pleasant and helpful. Got my order next day to finish the job.

Window trim arrived well packed. Delivered quickly. DX couriers tracking on the other hand is terrible! Waste of time looking at their tracking when it was saying east grinstead on the location when it was coming to surrey!!

Sadly it seems that they no longer make the visible Pully Cover although it is still shown on the website. Had to make do with the hidden one which fits reasonably well but is not perfect. Otherwise the transaction and delivery were very good.

I am very happy with Reddiseals service and products.But I am not happy with Royal Mail as delivery service I find them very poor when compared D P D.

Very nice of them to ring me (while I was in tesco) to tell me they are missing some items from my order so would hold it over if I am agreeable until end of next week. Also very honourable to tell me how to buy in future to make a saving.

I have ordered a pair of springs recently and when they got delivered the guy would not deliver them at the door I live on the 13th floor and I was not there at the time to go down and collect them so I had to get my wife to go down and pick them up I think this should change the driver said to me he could not park anywhere although there are pay and display parking spaces everywhere I personally think this should change otherwise the I'm happy with the product and the time.

Orders arrived in a timely fashion. Good communication around items not in stock. However I had a missed call from the company but no one left a message and when I returned I had a rather curt and a little rude response from the switch board operator saying that I could not be helped as I did not have the name of the name of the person called. Overall though satisfied with the service.

No protective packaging, on a 7Kg heavy plastic tub of putty why? top and sides damaged, inside harder not sealed properly in plastic resealable bags, delivery instructions stuck over "how to use" on the outside on the tub, so when you take off the delivery note , it also takes off the paper how to use label. Hope this might be of help. Regards Stephen

I purchased a quantity of flexiseal. The online ordering process was quick and uncomplicated. As we live only a few miles away we chose to collect in person. The only issue we had was fining the correct address as they were in the -recess of moving.

Charged for "Next Day Delivery", and the order arrived six days later! However, credit against the delivery charges made promptly ,so review has been adjusted.
