“Received items in good time. Product quality is a little dubious. Not sure how these pass QC inspection if there is even one. Child proof Reddilocks 19mm: one was noticeably notched on the front face see photo. Fitch Fastener Non Locking Narrow - S.Chrome: countersink on the faster was not deep enough so when using supplied screws they where raised and subsequently caught on the rotation part of the lock. I had to drill the counter sink deeper with a blunt metal bit took ages and what should have been 5 minutes job ended up taking far longer. See photo of raised screw. Overall cheep stuff but poorer quality. So only 3 stars”

“Best not to ask... I ordered an item for next day delivery , paid for it, recieved confirmation of my order. Then nothing... weekend passed and I thought I would enquire as just the postage was expensive enough and to hear nothing... Turned out the item no longer stocked and should not have been on the website. Good thing I checked with Reddiseals as I doubt anyone cared.”

“I would recommend this company. The sash window lock I bought from them was very competitively priced and the postage was reasonable. Delivery was quick and I was generally pleased by the way a small order was dealt with”

“we have used this company many times but unfortuntly on this times there service was below there normal standard. we ordered units on a before 12.00 delivery we reiced have the delivery 2 days later and the othere half 4 days later”

“first order, took £1600 + VAT for intumescent tape told 5 days later, they havent got any promised a part delivery to site, went to site to start the job NO TAPE, told Sorry it wont be there until tomorrow to say sorry, was offered discount off our next order.....shockingly poor service”

“This was a "click & collect" order of just 6x tubes of sealant. Shown 'IN STOCK' on your website, ready for collection. I wasted more time just trying to get into your "counter" than it took me to actually drive there from Holt Heath. Only acheiving it because someone walking in through the front door of "Reddixxx" offices happened to say hello, so i challenged him. - Still took yet another 10 minutes to drive back to the invisible counter and get through the non-existant counter door. Then came the long wait, another collector was already being served with a few small items was similarly exasperated, laughing at the rediculous situation of waiting 15 minutes for a few bits. It took several attempts to identify the correct order than at least 10 minutes more to actually find my 6 tubes of sealant, the boxes of which i could see littered the shelves before me. Thankful to finally get my hands i my order, i refused waiting for any box or bag and beat a hasty retreat juggling my six tubes. Not quite finished, my invoiced was eventually emailed to me, wrong. 4 tubes instead of six, stating the rest of my order "will be delivered when stock comes available" !!! I need my invoices to be accurate so i returned an email to the sender, stating i had already COLLECTED my 6 tubes as ordered. I did subsequently receive another invoice - for 2 tubes, with a note that the fist invoice was for only 4 because the other 2 were not in stock :( Grateful i was able to obtain a scarcely avaiable brand-item, but boy what a challenge of Hercules to collect them. Thank god the order wasn't more complex .”
