“Waiting in 2days for them to come no correspondence until I got in touch. They made an excuse then rearranged still didn’t turn up. Tried to ring no answer. Had my money and still waiting I’m wondering if it’s a fraud to make easy money”

“I just wanted an idea of conveyancing prices, instead I was immediately inundated with telephone calls and e-mails from on-line conveyancing companies. I felt like I had just been served up for dinner for a bunch of hungry vultures! I did look at some of these companies on Trust Pilot and there were quite a few poor reviews. Not introductions to the creme de la creme.”

“The quotes received were really good. Only problem was that before I had chance to read all the quotes sent to me the companies were ringing me - one company in particular was leaving text messages on my home phone that I could hardly understand - about 5 in all, a bit of a nuisance!!! I have a company coming out to do quote next month and the quote will last 6 months.”

“Quotes given that was OK. Then driven insane by constant emails and phone calls. Even when I explained I hadn't decided on a particular property the phone calls kept coming.”

“Very handy website tool .. Got quotes & insight from a few surveyors and I was able to select the most suitable at a very good price compared to my own searches.. my only snag was the calls from each quote, should be a option to only be contacted by email, as I didn't answer the calls, but responded to the email... Overall top service”

“Really good service to search for services and get quotes from a range or suppliers/companies. That said, although you’re provided with quotes some business seem to be more ‘pushy’ than others with follow up emails, calls etc.”

“Great service for online quotes , then followed up with several calls from every single company that quoted. There should be an option to opt out of follow up calls , all I wanted was an indicative quote for budgeting purposes and today I have been inundated with follow ups. Just be aware of the follow ups :-)”
