Bought Sweet Peas. Upon delivery they appeared a little 'limp', however, overnight they really bloomed & their scent was pungent in the room and that was really lovely. Day 4 the odd petal shed but I have a large bouquet and generally they still look good. It's difficult to get good quality cut sweet peas so, comparatively, these are some of the best.

I ordered the reoccurring 3-month delivery of a large bouquet for my wife as a surprise, the flowers arrived on time and looked beautiful, however after 4 days the roses were not looking their best unfortunately and after 6 days they needed to be trashed. Some of the smaller flowers are still OK for the next couple of days by the look of them. Hopefully the next bouquet my wife is due to receive next month will be better and last a bit longer. Considering the cost of these flowers generally, I would expect them to last at least a week. Would I buy from this company again? I will but there is always the nagging doubt about Quality as in the past it's not always guaranteed based on the experience of previous orders.

We do guarantee that our flowers last for at least 5 days, as compared to supermarket flowers that have been bred for longevity, we have kept our scent gene in, so our flowers don't tend to last as long. Definitely my favourite flowers and really helpful staff. My only concern is the reliability of the delivery team . Think need to improve communication when letting know flowers delivered . But love the flowers and designs

A beautiful bouquet of lovely creamy roses, which smelt delicious. However I could have done with all the small leaves taken off the lower parts of the stems. I had to take the bouquet apart to do this which was a pity. Very pleased apart from this niggle.

I made a mistake on my original order and was offered a discount if I re-ordered, which I did. Thank you. Much appreciated. I re-ordered through your online chat and confirmed I wanted the flowers delivered on Monday 7th (when my daughter-in-law would be back home) but they were delivered on Sunday 6th. This is the first time a mistake has been made and I order all my flowers from your company.

Our system says that the delivery date should have been Monday 7th so I am not sure how it was delivered on the 6th. Thank you for letting us know about this! Excellent customer service, but the first delivery arrived in pieces upside down - I think bouquets travel better. Flowers always awsome.

Really like packaging flowers came in and able to recycle all materials it would seem. Hand tie looks lovely and smells delightful. Lots of interesting, varied foliage. I would like more of the pale grey berries, but that's a minor gripe. I'm looking forward to enjoying this floral cheer following a recent bereavement. Thank you. PS I find local DPD courier always very reliable and today's delivery was no exception.

The only problem I have with the real flower company is I think they are often let down by their delivery company and their choice of rose if distance is involved. Mopheaded roses do not travel distance well.

Good website, but the pictures are misleading, I was surprised to be told the displayed flowers were nearly twice the price suggested in the photo. Making them very expensive. However I was assured by the recipient they were beautiful

My first time ordering from The Real Flower Company - impressed with the website, delivery and packaging of the flowers. I opted for the "Fresh from the Farm" bouquet, which looked a little "sad" and droopy when it arrived however, once I popped it in water with the feed, it perked up. The bouquet smelt lovely and fresh, however the majority of the stems were just leaves, not many actual flowers and I felt a little short changed. I will order again, however I may opt for something else.

Flowers were great and arrived safely as were 'strapped in' to the box, but unfortunately box had been ripped open in transit and any paperwork / card were missing so didn't arrive as quite the nice gift it was meant to be

The flowers were lovely and smelt wonderful, but we did only get 14 roses, while this normally wouldn't matter (though a bit annoying) it was for a 15th wedding anniversary so was a bit upsetting.

Ordered the freesias as they on a offer to get extra free stems. Although fairly well packed the box had stared to disentergrate at one end and most of the flower heads were abit squashed. But soon revived... Bit disappointed in the smell, or lack of, as mine hardly has much of a sent at all...
