The customer service is just second to none, they can’t do enough or the customer. Purchased on a Monday at 16:00 was on my doorstep 09:20 on the Tuesday! Absolute sublime service!

Asking for a review before I have revived my goods. Apparently the courier could get no reply, but not surprised as he went to the wrong address! I am still waiting....... not a good start!

Hello We have managed to track your order using the product details listed in your review. You ordered the item on Friday 27/03/2020. We shipped this out to you on the same day 27/03/2020 Delivery was attempted on the next working day 30/03/2020 but no one was available to take delivery. It's been 1 week but I still haven't recieved my scorpion exhaust. Other then that the payment method is simple

Hi Malik Thanks for your review. I can see that we receiced your order on the 02/03/2020 at 22:53 pm. Your exhaust has been received today and is due to ship out also today the 06/03/2020 . We are sorry that it has taken 3 days to ship this exhaust to you, we do have to wait for these to be made for you at Scorpion and always push to get these out as soon as possible. Had crc fairings on my 2010 blade. Lovely. But having purchased a set for my 2013 zx636r, quite disappointed. Fit ok, but no infill pieces for the side of the tank, so I’m left trying to figure out what to put there. As there is a massive gap. No information on the site about this. Not that happy.

Hi Leon, sorry to hear you feel this way. The OEM tank sides are fully compatible with the CRC kit, and are retained when using the kit. please do get in touch if you need any advise or help with this, the tech guys will be more than happy to help Best regards Reactive Parts

Everything was smooth except the option regarding the stock. After purchase I was told the order takes between 10-14 working days.

Hi Cristian Thanks for your review. We do our best to keep everything in stock, but on occassion we have to await supplies. We do contact customers and advise if there is any lead time on their orders which does give you the opportunity to amend or change your order if this lead time is not suitable for you. I have made two orders. The first was simple for the Stompgrip and I was very impressed with the website and service. The second was for rearsets and the presales advice has not been matched by the service I have received since. There are no fitting instructions for the bespoke part, the photo example I have since been sent shows a push rather than pull configuration and when I sought advice I have been told that other people have figured it out. The parts remain in the box as I have not yet found the time to figure it out myself. It appears to require the removal of the sprocket cover and purchase of a new Quickshifter at this stage. This is contrary to advice prior to purchase. I feel an expert may have more success dealing with the team but, as I told them at the time of ordering, I am not one.

I can see from your account that we customised these for you . I cannot see any communication from you regarding any fitment issues since then- so i am unsure if you have just communicated with us verbally instead. if you can send me an email to zoe@reactiveparts.com with the issues that you are having and some pictures then i can get this looked into further for you.

Ordered a lightec part for a BMW S1000RR which in the picture was the correct part but then when it arrived it was totally wrong only to be told by the person on the phone that I should never go off the picture. The part I wanted was described correctly for the right bike and was in the picture so why wouldn’t I assume it was the right part. Person on the phone refused to accept it was a error online. Ended up ordering the right part which in its description said it was for a Ducati scrambler even tho it was for a Bmw. From this I haven’t shopped with you since. I will however continue with 10% discount.

Hi Anonymous. Thank you for your review I am sorry that you had an issue with a product you purchased . Without any further details from you or your order details it is hard to look into which part you are referring to. Some parts do have generic pictures of online- such as handlebar adapters, as when purchasing products for your race bike it is important you purchase for the bike you require it for and we do aim to ensure that this is easily picked from the drop down box provided. As for any purchase you can return in its unused condition to us for a full refund if it is not what you required , i am unsure if you have returned this to us already. After informing you of a faulty part; I was sifters 10% of my next order. The same as being offered now ??! No reply to my last email about above part. Poor service, poor attitude.

Not a smooth transaction. Parts late and transaction investigated for fraud. Reactive Parts didn’t contact me to let me know they weren’t shipping my parts, I had to contact them a week after order. They resurrected the situation quickly and I picked up from their warehouse to avoid further delay. Appreciated but wouldn’t use again nor recommend to my bike buddies.

Hi Anonymous Thank you for your review. I would love to look into this further for you. We do always email customers if there is a delay with any item on an order and aim to do our best to keep customers informed as much as possible. It could be that our communications were being recevied into Spam folders which is often the case with -info -emails, so we do apologise if these were missed at any point. Unfortunately as is the case going forward- online fraud is an issue for all online retailers and our payment system will flag up any transactions it feels has issues- these are beyond our control and these procedures are in place to protect customers from their payment details being used fraudulently, i am sorry if this was the case with your transaction.
