“I recently received my order of a Hardcase cymbal carrier in purple. This was order back in December but these are made to order so no issues with length of time as it was stated on their website. Rattle and Drum are a very reliable drum retailer to buy from and have always given great customer service whether I’ve called them or emailed them with queries. They’re rewards page is easy to use and motivates to keep customer loyalty and get perks for it.”

“Absolutely top notch service from the guys at R&D. I took my son in a few months ago to spend a while with the team learning about all the variations in drums, cymbals etc and nothing was too much trouble in all the questions we asked and there was zero hard sell. We went back in December to buy the kit and a few add ins and they did us a cracking deal and we are really happy with everything we bought. They now have customers for life....to the point that I'm back in the shop today getting my wallet out again buying more cymbals and stands! Gret store, excellent staff and a brilliant experience.”
