“The site was easy to navigate. Having found a sofa set we liked it was easy to place an order which, unlike many sites we have viewed, included free delivery. Delivery details were advised over the phone within the times allocated, and delivered on time by two courteous deliverymen.”

“It was simple enough to order the Blitzen Cluster Lights Christmas lights and they were delivered promptly. The width of the clusters was half what I thought it would be from the online photo which is clearly taken from very close up. Also since I found them via an online search for something specific, I didn't know these were available in longer lengths. Each length and colour is listed as an item separately rather than having a choice of lengths at the time of purchase. Had I known, I would have chosen a aingle longer length rather than buying 2 ahorter sets.”

“Very straight forward to but via website. Although not heard anything since I had the confirmation email 4 days ago in relation to my order about if it’s being dispatched. Called them today and the phone played a few automated messages to say they are experiencing high number of calls, then it cut me off. Considering I’ve placed an order of £500, and payment has been taken, I’d expect to be able to speak to a customer services.”

“Fabulous set, very comfortable, looks good, easy to put together, looked for ages for a replacement set, then found yours. Best buy and best looking set I've found. Have recommended you to my daughter, after sitting on them , has placed an order with you as well. Came within 5 days, including weekend. Thank you”
