Having placed an order on 6th March for delivery on 5th April I rang to enquire what time to expect delivery only to be told that you would not be able to supply the items I had ordered and paid for. I therefore cancelled the order and did receive a refund immediately. However, I fail to understand why your company held on to my money for 4 weeks and only informed me that you would not be delivering the goods when I rang to ask what time they would arrive.

The service from this company is awful, do not use them! Placed an order on 5th January to be told delivery would be 29th February, and didn't arrive. Was then told delivery would be today (20th March 2024). Upon me calling to find out what time today it would be delivered, was told the chairs are damaged, and couldn't tell me when they would arrive. No communication, no stock and no customer service. You can guess that I cancelled my order!

Not happy with the service received by this company. We had delivery of our 6 chairs and table. One of the chairs was badly made and twisted. Obviously no quality checks were made before dispatch. Reported this to Lewis who apologised and said a replacement would be sent to me this was 27th February and was told the replacement was on a container being shipped from china. I waited until the end end of March before contacting them again and I was told the delivery would be in the next week. Yet again waited until the 21st april and emailed again to Chase this up to which I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they would be in stock. Still no delivery by 3rd May. Emailed again and had no reply to my emails. So I commented on their Facebook page asking for a delivery date my comments were deleted so I tried again all my comments were deleted and then I was blocked from their page. I eventually had a phone call From Lewis to say as I was writing comments on their Facebook page they send me replacement chair from a full set it would be delivered on Friday 12th May. Waited all day for the delivery So emailed at 5pm asking if it was still due to be delivered and the reply was yes it was on the van to be delivered Friday evening or first thing Saturday morning Still waiting for the delivery to be made at time of writing this 2.30pm Saturday 13th May. Feel like I’m just being lied to and fobbed off paid over £1100 for a set and still not received my full Order of undamaged furniture. I’ will Be taking this further. Please don’t waste your money on this company. Shocking customer service !!!

Furniture delivered on time but that was as good as it got upon building furniture found table and table base didn’t align replacement was arranged ,faulty base was collected following week but 2 weeks later still hadn’t been delivered so cancelled order for a full refund,took 3 attempts to collect furniture,it’s as if customer services don’t communicate.

Do not believe delivery schedules. Ordered 3.4.22 and agreed delivery on 12.5.22. Didn’t arrive, then told order accidentally cancelled!! They then stated delivery was 24.7.22. Phoned today and told 1.8.22! Scandalous service so be warned.

Do not purchase from them, mine turned up broken and they never fixed it. Poor customer service, not sure how they are still trading

Do not order from this company. They do not hold stock and are clearly not able to get items shipped from wherever they are being produced. Estimated delivery dates are completely inaccurate and misleading. You will be charged in full at time of order but your delivery date will get pushed out constantly. Look elsewhere - plenty of companies do hold stock for quick delivery.

Placed an order on 24/06/2020 worth 900 pound. Kept getting emails saying the delivery had been delayed. It is now 03/03/2021 and I still haven't received it. They haven't even given me a new delivery date, not that this would matter as the last 10 have all been moved. My emails are now being ignored as well. Shocking service.

Placed an order on the 29th May 20, and delivery was made on the 9th July 20 as agreed. However some items were damaged and the colour of the cushions completely wrong. A list of the issues are below whcih were emailed to them on the day of delivery after speaking with Sandra in customer services. Monaco Rattan Garden Day Bed Sofa Set in Black & Vanilla - SET-MON-002 -All the cushion are white with black trimming. -The glass top for one of the coffee tables/bed is shattered. -The suction to place the glass on the other coffee table/bed is not working. Cambridge 8 Rattan Garden Chair and Rectangle Dining Table Set in Black & Vanilla - SET-CAM-022 -The rattan weave on the top of the table is loose and damaged. As expected I am having to chase them everyday for a response and as previous comments there is either an issue with the systems or someone is blaming another department. It has been a week since our delivery, and to date no one seems to want to take responsibility to resolve any issues. I will probably need to speak to my credit card company as we have not received the goods we ordered. Update 28 October 2020 I was sent a replacement table, which was also damaged, and then sent a grey table when my order clearly states 'Black'. All of this after I have been told that they have no table in stock at the moment. If I not notified them, they would have not even known the tables were delivered. The replacement cushions were received, however, they were not the colour that I had ordered. I have now 5 large boxes in my front living for the past 4 weeks, and despite me asking numerous times for a collection to be arranged they are still here. Apparently they are going to be collected on Friday. I have been advised that I will have replacements sent to me end of November, 7 months after my original order. However, probably best not to trust anything that comes out of this company, as nothing they say actually happens. Please take my advise, I stay away from this company. They simply do not care about their customers and fob you off. There are so many options available for rattan furniture, I only wished I had chosen another company when ordering mine.

We looked at reviews but like some customers we were worried after ordering our furniture, we spent £1,500 ,Just want to say so glad we ordered as our experience was all 100% brilliant Rattan Direct have been really good with answering any queries and emails took a week but they got back to us and delivered on time, and through out the day keeping us informed of the time of the delivery I would recommend this company

My husband was ready to pay over £1,000 for garden furniture when I looked up reviews about Rattan Direct. We immediately changed our minds about buying anything, ever, from this company. In the future we will look very carefully at reviews before we buy anything on line. We feel we have had a narrow escape, thanks to all the dissatisfied customers who expressed their dissatisfaction with Rattan Direct products.

On the 10th June our furniture arrives after a 3 month wait due to Covid. The extra cushions I ordered £40 dis not arrived with the order... 10 emails later and still no cushions... if you can’t deal with orders during this time please be up front about it... not replying is making your customers angry

Ordered furniture on 28th May with delivery promised 24th June. Delivery cancelled on 23 June.Cannot get any meaningful contact with the company.I am now taking steps to recover my payment,which thankfully was paid by credit card.Do not consider ordering from this rogue company.

Absolutely shocking company. After waiting nearly 8 weeks for my order to arrive, it arrived broken. Called the customer service number on numerous occasions only to be cut off after over an hour of being on hold. Emailed them too with photos and a of the problem. All I got back was the usual 'Thank you for your email, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.' After finally getting the chance to talk to an actual person and a replacement promised I thought the problem was sorted...it wasn't. Got through again 2 weeks later to be told there was no record of my first call so replacements weren't sent. Got yet another promise that they were now actually ordered and on there way. 3 weeks later, still nothing. More calls, more emails and nothing still. This all happened 3 months ago and we've heard nothing. Utterly disgusted. We've cut our losses. We've managed to 'fix' the problem ourselves. It's a shame as the furniture itself was lovely, albeit broken. I personally would never recommend this company. Their customer service is probably the worst I've ever known.

Cannot get hold of anyone - no answer on the phone, been number 3 on the phone for the past hour then I get put through to an answering service. They must have gone under. Absolutely Shocking. DO NOT USE!

Useless company. Poor customer service. Ihey lie about delivery dates. Igniore requests for refunds. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
