“With the economy and interest rates as they are, my mother needed to sell her house quickly. I made several Google searches and other companies were offering quick sales but were taking months and months. Adam was true to his word and the sale was made on the date that was specified and monies were transferred to the lawyers acting on our behalf and into our account within hours including paying off the existing mortgage. Adam was fantastic to talk to and kept me informed as to the progress/status. They arranged a courier to move paperwork to the lawyers which helped with the fast pace of the sale (compared to using Royal Mail's special delivery)!”

“I was wanting a quick sale as my last experience with an estate agent was extremely complex and lengthy, and it was not something I wanted to do again. That's when I decided I was prepared to lose value for the sake of a quick sale. Before finding Rapid Sale I had been in contact with WeBuyAnyHomeExperts. They wanted me to sign a contract to agree that the price I had been offered could be dropped where see fit, I had read other several reviews that concerned me. Luckily I found this company and spoke to Adam. He has saved me from a lot of stress and stuck to the figure that he gave me from day one. Consistently communicated with me and completion happened 11 days later. I also have been able to stay in the property for one month's rent free leaving me time to find my next property. Everyone involved, from Adam, the solicitors to the courier was fantastic and has helped me start my future. I couldn't recommend Adam enough.”

“It was refreshing to encounter Adam and his team who unlike other so called quick buying companies who after making false promises and wasting time turn to be middle men and scammers, are genuinely buying properties and within 7 days. I received the agreed amount and no stress. Adam so kindly offered me a one month rent free in the property after completion which is just fantastic as it enabled my to vacate the property under no stress.”

“Adam and his team have been amazing! We reached a fair deal on the value of our property with the added bonus of being allowed to remain rent free for a agreed period of time. The house sale was completed within five days - as promised by Adam, without any stress at all. We were approached by several other companies who turned out to be untrustworthy but fortunately we found Adam who has been 100% true to his word. I would recommend this company to anyone. First class, genuine service.”

“What they say is what they do..... 7 days money in my bank. They took the stress out of selling, unlike other companies that offer you unrealistic price then they don't fulfill there side leaving you stressed and out of pocket. “I needed to sell my property quickly initially I approached a very well known company. They offered 85% of the market value. I asked a local estate agent to give me a ball park figure for the market value and then deducted some of that due to the property only being in average condition. I had an offer in the table. Unfortunately a couple if days before I was due to complete the offer changed significantly!! I was very disappointed and stressed but felt they had me over a barrel. I approached Adam who is the owner of rapid sake UK. Adam was very straight with me from the beginning he wasn't going to offer me the market price or even 85% but what he did promise was that the price we agreed on wouldn't change and he would have it completed in a week hassle free. I felt a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Adam came to my rescue!! He did what he guaranteed he would do and I now have my money in the bank. I really can't Thank you enough Adam. “I Was getting extremely frustrated going with companies that would give me a high sale price then drop it at the last minute. Luckily, I found Adam and rapid Sale who was honest from the start. The offer that was given did not change. All got complete very quickly with no hassle. “World was about to end , and loose my home , the fight in me made me not bury my head and made the call I had 48 till eviction Adam was so calm. Made the whole process with out stress and was a man of his word from start to end five star people don’t loose your home make the call”

“Adam was tasked with a difficult situation of mine and he was calming and supportive from the very first phone call. There was no judgement on his end at all and whenever I needed him he was only at the end of the phone. It was a hard task to do in such a short amount of time but it was done and I cant thank Adam enough. Brilliant service and I would reccomend to anyone who was in the same situation as me.”
