“Prompt response to my original inquiry. Having only supplied you with the space dimensions, I was offered a number of options. Once I had made my selection, and placed my order, I was really pleased to hear that I would be receiving the desk within 10 working days. Much quicker than anticipated, especially in the lead up to Christmas. I was kept informed the whole time with regard to delivery - an email to confirm the date and then on the day a 25 minute warning from the drivers to say they were on their way. They were accurate to within 1 minute! The installation was quick and professional with minimal disruption to our reception area. Overall, I would highly recommend Rapid Office Furniture to any prospective customers. Great customer service and excellent quality goods. Thank you.”

“I needed a board room table at very short notice. Rapid Furniture was able to meet my requirments/spec & despatched for next day delivery. Delivery arrived and I am very pleased with the product - great value for money.”

“Excellent communication from the start , emails and phone calls . Delivery guys phoned to say they would be there for 11.00 and the walked in the door bang on the dot of 11.00 !!, They put desk together and cleaned it for me then put it in place . Very good quality product would definailty use them again . Even had a call later in the day to make sure I was happy with my purchase great service guys well done .”

“Brilliant service. This company responds quickly, delivers quickly and I cannot believe how good the delivery/fitter was- polite, friendly, competent, conscientious, accommodating. This is the first time we have used this company but if we have any more requirements they will be our first port of call. The service level in this day and age was outstanding in fact it was outstanding in any day and age. Everyone in our office commented on how good the delivery guy was- cant recommend them too highly.”

“Rapid Office Furniture were absolutely fantastic to work with. Even though i changed the spec and delivery date on multiple occasions: they ere very helpful, patient and curteous.
