Well the shoes are beautiful - Darbi shoe for bridesmaids but they are meant to be a silver shimmer however mine are totally gold and in no way silver which is what I ordered and what is stipulated on the box! So I will need to return them

Clips don't stay on the shoe, will be sending mine back . very overpriced

After paying £7.25 for next day delivery it took 48hrs to get to me! I have left messages and sent emails but no response from anyone! Unhappy customer.

Said there were 6.5 shoes in stock online, ordered them, was charged and said they were dispatched. Was then emailed saying they didn't have any after all. Now without shoes for my wedding.

Can I suggest that before you request reviews from customers it would be a good idea to ascertain whether or not the items they have ordered have been delvered. I have not even received an email from you confirming my order or a notification of whether or not it has been dispatched yet!

Hi Mrs Rowan Jarvis, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies, the automatic review requests were not properly extended to compensate for the bank holiday period. Under normal circumstances we would have expected your order to be delivered by now. The confirmation order e-mail was generated on April 4th at 13:38, and the tracking information sent yesterday at 18:00. If you have not received these notifications, please double check your junk folder. I've taken the liberty of tracking your order and it will be delivered today between 10:16 and 11:16 today by DPD. I ordered a veil and shoes but have decided to return the items as they didn't match my expectations. The shoes were very hard with not much give in them and I thought they were quite "yellow" looking rather than ivory. The veil was not hemmed and looked like it had just been cut with scissors. The diamantes looked as though they might not last the wedding day let alone if I wanted to pass the veil onto anyone to use in the future. I thought it was a good price at the time of purchasing, but I guess you get what you pay for. Sorry :/

As a business we are committed to making stylish, comfortable products. Satin shoes are by design a fixed construction, as opposed to leather moccasins which are designed to be loose so that they can wrap around your foot. All of our shoes feature a foam padding under foot to make sure they’re perfect for your special day, and we also offer a separate ‘Bliss’ lined collection which really dials up the comfort factor. I’m sorry that you were disappointed with the colour of the shoes you received. We know how important it is to get the just the right match between your wedding shoes and your dress, and we take extra care to make sure that our photographic process is as accurate as possible. We’ll review the photos of this style to see if there is any improvement which can be made. The shoes you purchased are part of our Else collection which uses our exclusive Ivory Bridal Lace Satin. You will note that the flower embellishment on this style is not made of ivory, but is indeed a contrasting off white fabric. Please accept our apologies if the veil you received was anything less than perfect. We take great pride in the fact we have all of our veils hand made in our own factory here in the UK. Each piece is delicately made and are indeed cut by hand with care rather than by machine. I have personally spot checked the stock we’ve got currently to ensure that all of the items are properly finished and that the diamantes are of the specified premium quality we demand.
