Packaging excellent unfortunately parcel was delayed Customer wasted a day waiting for the parcel and also had to phone to find out when it was eventually going to be delivered. Unfortunately the items did not arrive in time to be sent back for the dyeing process. Repackaged and returns label stuck on. Went to Post Office where I was informed that the second class label was not valid and that it would not even h@ve covered the value of the goods being sent back. Had to pay £11 to send items back. Furious. Company should be ashamed of themselves. Disgraceful to say the least.

I placed an order with an expected delivery time of 2 days. 7 days later I had no delivery yet the money had left my account. I tried to call the number on the email but after being on hold for 5 minutes I gave up. I emailed however had no response. The only way I was able to contact was through the Facebook page where I did receive some great help within good time. But it turned out that my order hadn’t even been processed!!!

The shoes were lovely I wore them just around the house then sent them off to be dyed black for an outfit I wanted to wear for my daughters wedding. Now these were brand new shoes. The shoes I got back looked as though they had been well and truely worn, the glitter patterning was terribly scuffed and the dye was patchy. When I got them home from your agent in Guildford they were in such a poor state I would not have passed them on to anyone as they are only fit for the bin!! Very sorry to write this review but I feel I need to warn others as I was gutted

Beautiful shoes but very small size. It is one or one and a half smaller then expected. Have to return. They are narrow also.

I received a text message on my phone on Monday, April 23rd. It told me that the shoes would be delivred on Tuesday, April 24th, between 8am and 6pm. I stayed home all day, and received neither my shoes nor a phone call from the delivery team. Chronopost was supposed to deliver the shoes, but I have no news. I went on the website and the message is "We were unable to deliver your parcel Track your parcel here for regular updates" https://vod.ebay.co.uk/vod/FetchOrderDetails?transId=2248792239015&itemId=252952300635&qu=1&gu=1&ul_noapp=true The estimated delivery date is Wed. 25 Apr. - Mon. 7 May, so I hope the shoes will be here before I get married. If you can help me with this problem, please feel free to contact or call me. Thank you very much for your help

The Shoe clips I ordered and paid for I did not receive The order form said IN STOCK —— Following day I was told you have no stock! So my Rainbow Shoes will have NO Rose Clips on You asked me to review my order which I have done You typed Hi A Not sure who that is?

I ordered two pairs of shoes that were shown in shown in stock. One pair was delivered. After a week I asked if the other pair had been despatched yet only to be told that they weren’t in stock and I would be getting a refund. No offer of an alternative and they only told me because I asked where the other pair were.

I ordered a pair of Rainbow Club shoes for my daughter's wedding, having failed to find any suitable ones locally. I intended to have them dyed to match my outfit, but wanted to check the fit at home first. I only had four weeks until the wedding, but thought that would be enough time. The shoes arrived today, and are a completely different pair to the ones I ordered and that are listed on my invoice. The names of the shoes are in no way similar, nor are the styles of shoe. Aware that time is starting to run out, I called straightaway, and was told I would have to wait for a returns bag to return them free of charge, and await my refund, before ordering the pair I had already ordered! The alternative was to pay again, so be out of pocket twice until the return and refund was made. I think this is completely unreasonable considering the mistake was entirely yours. My invoice states my shoes have been carefully inspected and packed, but I beg to differ. Whoever is responsible couldn't have got my order more wrong if they'd tried. Because time is running out, I had no choice but to order the shoes again, so I have now been charged £150 for two pairs of supposedly the same shoe. Obviously one will be refunded, but not before I have been seriously out of pocket for around 10 days. As soon as the correct shoes arrive, I will then have to order and pay for the colour package too, all before my refund is made, and also be worried they will not be dyed/arrive in time for the wedding. Very poor service indeed.

The shoe I would like to buy has been discontinued and is not available in my size. There are very few styles that look as though they are bearable to wear all day, most are hideously high, and one of the few elegant mid-heel height shoes, Evie, has been discontinued so only available in size 4 or 7...I need size 6.

Took a week after I ordered and paid to be told neither of the items were in stock. That email ended up in my junk folder so I only just saw it. And I received this email asking me to rate my order before I'd even received the order. Due to the delays on this I have now missed the January sale which I had waited for so can't order another style. Not impressed with this service.

Purchased a wedding shoe and the size in the box was different to the size on the box and what I ordered. Perhaps it would of been a good idea to of checked the order before it went out!?!?! I now have a very disappointed BRIDE to be.

I ordered a veil being told it would take 2 working days to arrive to me .. after waiting a week I called to see where it was & was told they weren't in stock & they couldn't tell me a date of when they would be!!! Very misleading & wouldn't consider shopping here again !!!!

You should make it more clear that it is not free returns. I brought a lot of shoes to try for my wedding and it cost me a fortune to send back. Had I have known about the refund postage I would have ordered them from John Lewis.
