“Although when I got it the case was very nice quality, the shopping experience wasn't I ordered on the 6th and got an email saying it would be shipped 24hr courier and would arrive by 10th! When it hadn't arrived by the 12th I complained. it seems they were awaiting stock which wasn't mentioned in the ad. I received on the 16th - having had to buy an alternative case elsewhere as speed was an issue. The package when it arrived was very knocked about and damaged, although to be fair that was probably the couriers fault and the contents were not damaged. It's a shame as I would certainly have bought more had my experience been better.”

“Excellent customer services, fast delivery and a well made product. Easily comparable to the larger brands such as prism in my opinion and i have installed alot of cabs in my time. I say good customer services as they experience problems with there card machine and kept me informed all the way through the process of the say, through to saying we have shipped the goods. Many Thanks Simon”

“Very good experience with the first purchase - good product and quick delivery. Then I tried to buy another product, just needed more information. Unfortunately, despite sending emails and using the website's online chat facility I have found out virtually nothing and felt completely ignored. Ended up buying the goods from another supplier.”

“extremely happy! requested the 22u and was offered the 32u for the same price, very helpful on the phone. Rack is great quality and very easy to build (flat pack order) and feels solid. Running an MSP company I will most definitely be using them again.”

“Needed a rack to be delivered next day ready assembled and RackSupplier.co.uk exceeded all expectations. What's more there was no charge for delivery! Have even suggested my regular IT services and products supplier form a relationship with RackSupplier.co.uk as they couldn't buy from their channel supplier at the price I paid. Very keenly priced, excellent service, highly recommended.”

“Pros: Good supplier. Good price and decent quality. In case of any issue, they will do their best to help, solve any issue and satisfy customer (which they did). Cons: We ordered cabinet and they struggled to provide correct one. It took them 3 weeks to deliver correct parts.”

“pros: goods arrived on time, good price, delivery guy agreed to help set up. cons: guy on phone said 15 minute assembly. even with the expert from rack supplier helping 2 of us, it took nearly two hours to set up. there's lock on front door but side panels can just be lifted off so rather pointless security on cabinet.”

“These guys are brilliant. I ordered a 12U cabinet to use at home as my small data center. They called me to deliver it the same day. Communication with their sales representative was perfect. The cabinet looks really good. Highly recommended.”

“First class service. A gentleman contacted me soon after I placed my order, to let me know my 18U cabinet order would take a bit longer than originally expected, he offered me a 15U in it's place, which still exceeded my actual project requirements. This alternative rack was dispatched the very next day. Top marks, and I will definitely buy my next server rack cabinet from these guys!”

“The rack was exactly as described, easy to assemble and of reasonable quality. The dispatch and tracking could be improved, I simply got an email to say the package had been dispatched, the website gave only a dispatch number so I had no idea when it would arrive, even what day so I was unable to make arrangements to be at the delivery address. Lucky someone was there to receive the delivery.”

“J'avais besoin d'une livraison rapide d'une baie, commandée le vendredi soir, reçue le mercredi matin. Timing parfait. Elle est arrivée montée (et non pas en pièces détachées comme je le craignais) et bien emballée. Rien à redire. Merci !”
