“I ordered two pairs of shoes from Rachel Simpson and per the advice in the youtube video, I ordered them in 38s as they do not do half sizes. The shoes did not fit and I returned them. Six months later and I am yet to receive a refund for my order! Please fix this Rachel Simpson Ltd.”

I have bought a couple of pairs in the last few months as birthday presents for friends. My only downside is that after waiting for 3-4 weeks since placing an order (this was for the second pair I ordered), I had to contact to chase up where the shoes were. Funnily enough, they appeared within 3 days but I didn’t receive any correspondence explaining the delay.
I will be placing another order soon for another friend’s birthday!”

“The shoes seem nice but unfortunately, don't fit as I had hoped. I wanted to return them but no returns form was enclosed in the box with the item. I have tried to download one from the website but there is no option to do so. I didn't want to return the shoes without the form in case I was then told that I would not be issued a refund without it. Then I would have no refund and no shoes either! I tried calling customer service repeatedly to get a form - no answer, left a voicemail - no response written emails- no reply. The 14 days allowed to return items have now passed so I have no idea if I will even be eligible for a refund anymore which frankly I would still like considering I have a brand new pair of shoes I cant use! Absolutely shocking customer service. Couldn't pay me to shop there again, it's just too much hassle.”
“Whilst the shoes are lovely, this company for not answer its phones, messages or emails. Therefore customer service level is shockingly low. It is my understanding the company is now in administration.”
“Shoes arrived damaged (obviously damaged before sending as they had red pen marks on them) tried all methods of communication with no response. Have since been told they’ve gone into administration. They knowingly sold faulty items and are now not offering replacements or refunds!”
