Glad we could be of assistance Rebbeca. You were fortunate in this case that the Trim command was not invoked. From the 8 am call, arranging the 11 am dedicated driver collection to delivering the Laptop back at 7 pm The 100-mile round trip enabled the least disruption and focus on the task to help meet your deadlines and alleviate what must have been a very stressful period. There were several versions of the content of the overwritten files which took just a few extra hours to locate from the image created and sent back for 11:15 pm It was great to receive your OMG text ! “The service was amazing. They collected my hard drive.. responded within a few hours for any queries. Very knowledgeable and guided me with the process and sent back the drive with data as soon as they had retrieved it. This meant a good recovery of 31 million sectors in total. This gave a 99% plus data quality recovery of 7.6GB. Thank you for your review Sapna Your Seagate portable drive from 2014 was a Samsung ST1000LM024 sometimes referred to as a Samgate because it was made during the period when Seagate took over the Samsung hard drive manufacturing business. In this case the drive was confirmed on arrival to be OK, only the USB connection had worn out. R3 provided a safe data transfer recovery for £129+vat plus the cost of a new password-protected drive for the recovered data. "External hard drive port seems broken. Foil part all crumpled inside. Not reading on laptop or computer"

I stupidly didn’t pay extra for iCloud storage for the last two years and was using Google photos to save all my photos. I got an upgrade to an iPhone 12 via EE just before Christmas and realised when I put my sim in the new phone that my photos hadn’t been uploading correctly. I purchased more iCloud storage and attempted to back up all my data onto iCloud from my iPhone 8 so I could transfer it successfully to my new phone. It was at this point the iPhone 8 stopped working and has just been showing a blank screen with the apple icon. I have not seen any error messages and although the phone I am sending in has a cracked screen, this has never stopped the phone from working before (the screen has been broken for about 3 months). All I am really hoping you can get back is all my photos - I don’t really care about any of the other data as I have restored all my old apps on my new phone. My son is almost 3 and I have essentially lost 2 years worth of photos of him so really hoping you can help and restore every photo and video saved on the phone."
