“My computer was running slow and driving me daft. I wasn't sure what to do and called QWERTY. David is fantastic. Following a initial 'phone call he came out to the house, told me what needed to be done and took the computer away. He took it on the Friday and it was returned on the Sunday. It's now working perfectly and saving me so much time as I don't have to sit and watch that annoying little icon going round and round! Now that I know David, I no longer dread computer issues as I know I'll be able to call him and he'll sort everything out for me. I'd highly recommend him and we'll be using him again next time our computers are needing attention. His prices are also very fair and reasonable.”

“What a pity there is no way to rate QWERTY IT SERVICES as EXCELLENT because the service we received from David was certainly that. It was well over time for us to update our elderly desktop and laptop computers. David could not have been more helpful. He supplied devices exactly suited to our needs and spent time showing us how to use them. He also successfully transferred data to each. First class service - we would not hesitate to recommend QWERTY to anyone needing any sort of computer assistance.”

“I had been having problems connecting to Wi-Fi which I could not resolve myself. I read reviews online for QWERTY -IT and everyone spoke highly of Dave......I gave him a call and we arranged a time that same day at a time that would suit both of us. He arrived promptly on time armed with some amazing spare parts, tools and equipment. He arrived masked and gloved as well which was impressive given the current covid-situation. He quickly discovered that we had broke parts on our PC Tower so he took them away ...they were 15 years old !! He suggested that we could possibly benefit from a slightly newer tower and monitor ( same age as Computer)....he listedfor us all of our options.....from a laptop to a faster, speedier tower which he could supply .....and he transferred ALL our information on to the new tower !! We got our new tower the next day !! He fitted it all in for us and checked that everything wa working. His IT knowledge is absolutely Amazing. I ca honestly say that you can trust dave with your PC and contents ....and he offers an after-sales service as well if you are not too sure about anything. I will use this company again.
