“Found this company via Martin Lewis web site and quote online was easy to conduct and delighted with the price quoted for car insurance. Follow up with No Claims from my previous insurance company was a challenge in getting this item accepted and why the score I gave was not a 10! One item in this correspondence was that no staff member would give a name to respond to e- mails messages I kept getting from the company. Signed off from Sales only. Poor customer relation with a new customer!”
