If our customers want to, they can create an access code for us on the DVLA site so that we can obtain the Licence Summary ourselves however, most customers are happy to down load the .pdf and email that to us. We cannot complete the entire process for you as we'd need sensitive information we don't hold to do so and would have access to other personal information that customers may not want us to see. Thanks.
