“The hardest thing we had to do was source Quinshaw online as we were looking to invest in the short and medium term. Since then with the help of Jon, our account Manager, the process has been excellent. When you look to invest you want assurance, information, help and assistance and to build up a confidence as you want to know you money/investment is in safe hands. Jon went further, answering more than the questions asked. At every stage of the process what we were told has happened including the interest payments which arrived on time and as was indicated. We would happily recommend Quinshaw (and have) to friends and acquaintances. Shame about the football team Jon!!”

“I have to say I was a bit dubious at first investing into something I knew nothing about. After speaking to my accountant manager Jon I felt reassured I was doing the right thing. He explained everything I needed to know and so far so good. I received a payment to my bank that I hadn’t been expecting so quick. Jon is always at hand if you need any questions answered and keeps In touch regular with updates and new offers. So far this is working for me. Very happy with my decision to jump onboard”

“Dissapointed. Only seem to be interested in getting money from your pocket and don't appear to communicate well with each other. They are not to be trusted and should be avoided at all costs. There are so many better places to keep your money. There are fake reviews on Google so don't trust the positive ones on here, either.”

“Initially was hesitant at taking up with any such investment that was on offer, however after more indepth explanation of investments I have taken the step forward. From discussions with the investment managers I was pleased with their manner and professionalism and have taken up investments and now look forward to returns as stated.”

“I filled in and sent my contact and Bond requirements to ‘Bond-supermarket.com.’ Later that afternoon I received a call from Account Manager - Angelo Cardone - who was both friendly and professional in our conversation, covering all initial, ground-laying questions that I had, this continued unchanged in our subsequent calls and emails. As a retired Company Director with basic experience in property development over the years, my questions about complex issues lead to others. In particular the terminology ...the ’antique banking ways’ being non existent or having been renamed brought out the best in both ‘super’ Angelo and Senior Investment Manager - Anthony Lawrence, who enlarged my overview with patience and lucidity in follow on conversations. They were equally pleasant and I learnt a lot. I would sum up my refreshed frame of mind thus... Quinshaw’s new technologies give us the 3 all-important S’s - - Security, Speed and Satisfaction. (One could add ‘sound sleep’ - serenity un-stolen.) A.L’s background with top drawer Companies before joining the Quinshaw team 18 months ago, shone through, both on the phone and at a meeting in their new offices three days later. I was more than happy with the secure way that my/our money is lent to property developers, the outline of client background checks, the valuation by Quinshaw‘s own Independent Surveyors, the Loan to Value sensibility, Solicitors dealing with Insurances and the essential First Legal Charge, which Q.F.always hold, and - the Quarterly Returns from a three year investment. My planned hefty investment was increased by 50%. I felt blessed that my enquiry had ’landed on Angelo’s desk’ and his calls are always a cheerful tonic despite the dryness of P,S & P ! I make no apology for my complimentary words, which are echoed repeatedly in other reviews. Unavoidable. It seems everyone’s opinion that staff are of the same high standards, so don’t be too disappointed if it’s not Angelo, - with the Company from its start, - that takes your call! These are days of fakeness, distortion and automation, so... “Just received my first payout on the Bond I recently invested in. Very happy with the customer service I received, although there was a slight delay in the payment due to bank details being wrongly entered. I have been reassured that it won't happen again.”
