“Don't use them...... My husbands ordered a phone at the beginning of January and was told 10-14 working days, it never arrived so he cancelled the order and was told a refund would be within 14 working days, that was in early February. We chased and was told that the refund would be with us, by would you believe, the 20th April !!! I sent an email saying it wasn't acceptable and they have now said the refund would be by the 30th April. Totally useless company.”

“Had to give 1* just to review.! Sent my I Phone off for repair. Eventually got an e mail advising it would be back with me on 3/3/21. Never happened and the carrier, advised they never received the package although acknowledged the company had logged a parcel. 2nd issue is I placed an order for a refurb phone to tied me over. The delivery I was quoted was unacceptable so order was cancelled. Was advised refund would take 14 days - well that’s come and gone!🤬 No response to numerous e mails so looks like legal action might be needed. In essence this company owe me over £266 for a cancelled order and the value of my missing phone - probably another £300. Will never use them again.”

“Ordered a refurbished phone and still not received it over 3 weeks later and they are not replying to my emails requesting a refund now. Avoid!!! I’m annoyed at myself for buying from them.”

“This is a terrible company, with appalling customer service. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a refund which should legally only take 14 days. I would suggest that no one ever buys a mobile phone from this company.”

“This company appears to be a deliberate fraud. I really suspect the positive reviews. Their accounts on companies house are not audited. Ordered a phone. No phone delivered. No refund despite numerous emails. Phone calls don't work. If you are in this unfortunate situation, then get in touch with your bank / credit card company for a refund through a system called charge back, but this must be done within 120 days of purchase. It appears this company uses any excuse to avoid its responsibilities and will try to extend their protracted lack of action to beyond the 120 day limit.”

“Ordered and paid for telephone early January. After lots of chasing I was informed that ordered phone was not working correctly and they would source another. I was not prepared to wait any longer and requested a refund which they said would be processed within 14 days. Needless to say nothing received and eventually informed that taking a long time to refund and would not be before mid March. They kept stating understaffed and nobody to process refund. I contacted by bank fraud department and after sending them all information and copies of correspondence ( which I'm glad I kept) ,the bank refunded my money . It appears that this company cannot be trusted and would never give a straight answer to my very simple questions .”

“Please never, ever use this company. I bought an iPhone 8 on quickmobilefix.com as I needed a new phone. Expected delivery was 7-10 working days. The company went significantly over this time, citing staff shortages due to the pandemic as an excuse. By the 5th of January 2021, my old phone had broken and the one I ordered still hadn't arrived. I therefore bought a new phone from a different source and cancelled my order through quickmobilefix.com. They told me that the refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days. When this deadline was not meant they explained that due to staff shortages they were experiencing some delays, but that the money would definitely be in my account by the 25th of February. I still haven't received this refund and am pretty certain now that I have been scammed.”

“Second time purchasing a phone from them. Even their ‘good’ condition phones are near enough immaculate. Very trustworthy and such lovely team members. I only buy phones from here now and get a sim only contract. It works out so much cheaper and their phones are amazing. No software damage at all! A faultless company!”
