ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY Ordered a phone and waited over a month, they kept postponing every week Then asked a refund and waiting for 3 months, they keep postponing every 30 days Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

I’m giving one star because there is no option for minus a hundred stars. Here are the facts -Ordered a phone in 7th Dec 2020 -Didn’t receive it during that month -Enquired about it and they said there was a delay -It’s January now still not received my phone -Mid Jan asked to cancel my order and get a refund -End of Jan still no money in my account. -I was told after enquiring over 10 times that I would receive my refund on the 18th of Feb -surprise surprise, still not received my money (nearly £900) and doubt I ever will Up to you to decide if that’s the service you want to receive. A fake company and a fraud. The worst service I have ever had plus out of £900 for no damn reason.

Thieves liars and scammers, how on earth they get away with the way they run there business is beyond me, how the credit card companies let them trade using there cards is also beyond me, all they do is advertise with fancy graphics and promises but have nothing to sell, all they do is take your money, I have read all reviews on here and trustpilot (wish I had done that before I ordered 🤬) and I’m glad I paid with a credit card as I have now been refunded, so if you are still thinking of taking a chance on these chancers you might aswell go throw your money in the bin, check what Martin Lewis mse has to say, and watchdog, eBay have even stopped them trading, plz plz plz !!!! don’t do it !!!. THEY ARE THIEVES

Fault less pristine iphone, undistinguishable from new. delivery slightly longer than expected. customer service better than most overall good service, will use Quick Mobile Fix again

Shocking service!!! I got a phone start of December to then cancelled it as it was seriously delayed and was worried it wouldn’t come in time for Christmas. So went with another firm for a phone which I received in a couple of days. I have been chasing my refund for well over 2 months! They keep saying I’m in the 14 day refund window which is obviously a lie! Quick enough to take my money but 2 months and nothing back, absolute joke!

14 working days after order made, no sign of dispatch of my phone which was confirmed by email I cancelled my order. Received email saying 14 working days to refund . Now They are saying; Due to lockdown, another a month to make refund. All together, they are hold my money neary 3 month after I made order! Very bad company!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - COMPLETE CROOKS and SUBSTANDARD GOODS I bought an I phone x which was late being sent abs has been sent back twice to be fixed. They took weeks to reply to emails and only did so when I threatened court proceedings and when I sent the phone back the second time registered post at their request but my cost for the second time it was returned by Royal Mail and reached me by pure fluke as there was no one at their office to receive it so seems they may have shut down ?? They are now completely ignoring my emails despite threats of legal action.

Bought iPhone March 2020. In Jan 2021 has been returned 3 times, 1st time battery ( 6 weeks before return) , second time black screen (4 weeks before return), 3rd Screen, Face ID & can only hear calls when on speaker. Returned to me with screen repaired only. Quality of product is worthless. No refunds and warranty not worth whats specified.

I ordered a phone November was given a delivery of mid December, by the 3 week of December still no phone, I chased and was told they did not know when it would be dispatched. The order was then cancelled as it was for birthday that was now only 2 days away. I have been chasing ever since for the refund, terms states days 14 working days for refund, I'm now told it will at least March before I receive it! 6 weeks since the order was cancelled!!

Do not buy from Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a phone on 14 December 2020 with a 10-day dispatch window, it has still not arrived (2 February 2021 - 34 working days) or even been dispatched. I have been stalled time and time again with excuse after excuse (from Covid, to stuck in quality check to failed quality check). I've been promised it in 10 days, another week, next week, and then 5 days! After so many deadlines being missed I have requested a refund and now they say that's going to take 14 working days. They say they had the product in stock but I don't believe them. They have broken their contract with me. They have failed to deliver in 34 working days. TIP: If you have to buy from them use a credit card so you can at least claim a chargeback if they fail to deliver.

I bought a IPhone 2 months ago, they were supposed to deliver in 10 working days, after 15 working days the phone was not ready yet, and they couldn’t say when it would be. So because I had to leave the country, I cancel the order, fine. I’m STILL WAITING for the refund, and today they say I might get the refund on 24 of February, this is 3 months after the purchase. Unacceptable.
