I was generally pleased with the customer service provided by Quest. I was however slightly disappointed that I wasn’t shown how to use the touch screen. The clock had been adjusted and the manual hasn’t helped me to find how to do this. Still a mystery.

Sadly only got message left at 5.50 that car was ready to collect next morning. Which was not possible and Service closed at 12.

Service carried out as scheduled . My only point is , That I noticed I was charged for delivery & collection of my car , I was told this was included under my service plan , which I have had for 9 years & never paid before .

We were rather alarmed when we checked the tyre pressures. One of the new tyres was registering 49 cold when it should have been 32 according to the handbook. We checked the tyres with a proper gauge.

Regarding the issue you have raised, our Service Manager has confirmed that our gauges are calibrated regularly, so we are surprised to hear of this. We would very much like to take a look at this issue if you would kindly bring your vehicle back to us so we can perform another check. There may potentially be an error with the tyre pressure sensor, and we would be happy to take another look at your vehicle if you would like us to. Communication is a problem at Quest . Having used this service on a number off occasions it's either really good , adequate , or absolutely horrible . With all the different ways to contact customer this should be a lot better
