The chap who helped us at Quest commercial in Braintree was called Nick. What a lovely man. Extremely helpful not too pushy. Without a doubt a great asset to the company.

Sadly only got message left at 5.50 that car was ready to collect next morning. Which was not possible and Service closed at 12.

Vehicle dropped off overnight so had a full day to work on it. Advised 2 hours before closing that the car needed 2 hours more work. You need to get the right colleague to help you as I normally get excellent service.

This is about the fifth review i've done since quest moved to Braintree. Customer service and work carried out efficiently second to none. One drawback I have is now that I'm in my late 70s i am finding it difficult with the journey from Southminster. I have been told Quest engineer will collect my vehicle if I need it. I am yet to try this.

Met with sales representative Darren Smith Tuesday afternoon and felt at ease with him very quickly after running through the options I settled on a new Suzuki swift . This is the third new car I have purchased from quest motors in the last 12 years and always return when the service is due long may this relationship continue.
