“First time ordering. Website absolutely truthful. Shoes ordered were in stock , despatched same day , received next day via ( the excellent ) DPD courier. So impressed I ordered another pair of shoes and the service was repeated. Excellent experience.”

“Wanted a particular style of shoe and Q&L had them. I bought a similar pair recently from a local supplier which I am happy with, and the service I received, so they set the bar. But I must say, the service I have received from Q&L has raised that bar. The turnaround from order to feet was very quick, the website is one of the best, and the complimentary shoes trees were unexpected, but a very nice gift. Thank you . A lot of delivery emails (duplicated) but no big deal. 10/10”

“Quarter & Last are a great online shoe company. The boots came with a free pair of wooden shoe trees, which I was not expecting. Unfortunately the boots just didn't fit correctly, and so were sent back. The returns was dead easy. I will definitely order from Quarter & Last again when there is another pair of shoes or boots I like in stock.”
