“They refused the return of a mixer tap because it was 2 days past the 14 day cut off despite it being over Christmas and in the middle of the lockdown. Obviously they were within their rights but I would of hoped for a bit of flexibility given the circumstances. I'd say this was a bit short sighted given the mixer cost £350 and the bath, basin, vanity unit and basin mixer I ordered from another supplier due to their attitude totalled just over £3000..... their choice I suppose!”

“Ordered something on 30th December 2020 There was no communication until I called on 15th January 2021 Again there no communication until I called on 5th February 2021. Absolute joke will never ever use again or recommend again! As I write the review”

“Hi, I have ordered with QS on the past with no issues as no incorrect or missing parts. This time round two items have missing parts. The tap never had any fixings and they sold a incorrect rapido system. They have NO customer service. They are a third party purchasing from a supplier and they promise to get back to you and never do. This problem has been going on since the 20th of December and til today I’ve received nothing. I will NOT be purchasing from them again. If you purchase a product and it’s complete, the price is great, your laughing. If you have any sort of item is missing from their end- game over. They will NOT entertain you. I’ve since had to call Grohe and resolve myself.”
