“Having had a very bad experience with my previous accountancy services provider, I am delighted to say I could not be happier with the service which Qdos overall and my Client Manager Ben Surtees-Smith have provided. Everything has been dealt with correctly and in a timely manner and any queries or support required, has been provided by return or same day. Excellent service and would recommend to others without hesitation.”

“After being offered a contract role for the first time I had absolutely no idea where to start with setting up a Ltd company or putting relevant business insurances in place. I approached Qdos Accounting and since that initial contact they have been extremely professional. Within 3 days I had my Ltd company, business bank account and my business insurances in place and I was able to sign my contract. Since then I have been guided through the ins and outs of claiming expenses, registering for taxes and also have been provided with a full salary & dividends plan that is really handy moving forwards. Overall it's been a smooth & painless experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to set up as a contractor.”

“Positives - my account manager is very friendly, personable and helpful. Negatives - Qdos take far too long to respond to queries. Also, poor underlying admin, I am constantly being asked to provide documents that I have already submitted etc.”
