QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Apparently the site does not allow some email addresses which meant I had to contact customer services and fill in the application twice You would not expect this and QDOS need to remedy it. I was renewing and the process should be easier Breakdown service is fine”

“2nd year with this qdos. Looks a good policy on paper, hope I don't have to use it travelling through France. That's when I can say for sure how good it all is, like most policies it's only when you need them you find out their worth.”

“The contact number and process in an emergency is not clear in the documents it is embedded in the policy document. When you find the emergency contact number on page 3 it is split across 2 columns and the contact compnay is identified as 'Aria Assisatance' there is no mention of this company at the time of purchase - i thought i had purchased cover with QDOS ???? i would have expected a simple printable card with emergency procedures and contact number. i also assume this is a 24/7 number - this is not clear?”

Hi Paul, We have listened to your feedback and as a result we have redesigned our documentation to make the callout numbers and customer support numbers very prominent. Normally, our policy documents are emailed to you, rather than posted out to you and this is how we manage to keep our costs down. It is also faster than traditional post.
