Scandalous company, my car door and front wing were slightly damaged through no fault of my own so we took the vehicle to a body shop who said they went through Qdos and not to worry, what a joke. A woman called Annie Reddington from QDOS called back a few days later and said all they could do was write the car off and give us £4500 which was their estimate value of the vehicle and the damage was £4500 to fix, this was a lie. The vehicle had a few dints and the price of the vehicle, a 2014 Ford Kuga with 60,000 miles was £7,850 so they most likely wanted to make a few grand of us. I took the car to another repair shop and they quoted £800 so a difference of £3700 to fix, what a bunch of CHARLATANS, avoid, avoid, avoid.

12th September we had our parked car written off. It was early morning we were still in bed. It took til 19th December for the other insurer to send the payment over to Qdos. I was told that we would receive payment once funds had cleared their bank. It is now the 17th January and despite numerous phone calls and emails from us we still have not received payment. I’m not sure if it is legal for Qdos to hang on to our payment for this length of time. We had to return the hire car as we were out of the country for 24 days in October and were told that should we be paid our claim we must return the car immediately. We sent the hire car back just in case the payment arrived whilst we were away and didn’t want to fall foul of the agreement. We have bought a car and have lost interest on our money waiting for the from Qdos. I wonder if they will send us compensation for lost interest, especially as they only paid out for the hire car til October.

Do not trust qdos, my car is now in storage and is accumulating cost. They initially said my claim fits criteria for non fault but it was a lie to get me to sign off papers that would essentially earn them a nice profit weather they win a claim or not. After 2 days of being passed around to different companies they just keep on telling me to get my insurance to collect my car and deal with the claim. What an absolute scam!

Providing service above and beyond.... When you have a car 'accident' the concerns surrounding it are wrapped up in self-blame. When somebody else inflicts damage on your vehicle and promises to 'sort it' (but does not!), the feelings of being left high and dry, without recourse, can be overwhelming. This is where QDOS Assistance comes in. It removed the burden of high cost repairs. It found a means by which the 'other party' could be held legally liable. It provided me with a loan vehicle and organised my car's repairs. In short, with no alternatives available, QDOS Assistance delivered totally and speedily. Gold standard service from start to finish with persistence and consistency provided throughout.

The best company to assist and get the best out come. After it being a hit and run. Helping in all possible ways they could to get me the best result. 👌. Took a while due to the other driver saying it wasn't him but after all possible ways of proving it was him they managed to get me a result my car being fixed I am over the moon. Thank you all. 😊

What a excellent company I never thought a company like this existed I would highly recommend this company. I was in a traffic accident were someone crashed into my car not my fault I suffer anxiety problems and they sorted everything out for me .They sorted a replacement car for me also they arranged physio for my neck problem also they sorted a solicitor as well . They are also arranged for my car to be picked up an repaired also they are still working on my claim I just can't thank this company enough I would highly recommend this company I want to thank them so much MR LEONARD MARTIN.

Following the accident we made an initial call to provide the relevant infomation regarding the accident and the vehicle and personal details of the other driver. I think there may have been one further call from QDOS requiring clarification on some aspects. Otherwise the whole process has progressed quietly, professionally, and with a minimum contact. We have now collected the vehicle duly repaired, and could not thank those involved with our case enough for their excellent support and service in dealing with the whole matter.

complaint ref 14400: Shocking company to deal with i never got to speak to the right person when ask my handler who was called Jay who seems to have went on annual leave now ,i have been chasing my salvage money for my van after it was written off in August and i told Qdos after receiving engineers report that i did not want it back and agreed for them to dispose of it ,which it said they could do in their email but there was some confusion over payment costs between Qdos and Copart Auto Breakers and the recovery company over the pick-up and storage cost of £650 back in October so was never picked up having only found this out over last few weeks, now 6 months of chasing my payment every other week and being told they would call me back with information which they never did and only after making an official complaint they now tell me it’s my problem and i need to sort disposal and storage myself, at no time over the last 6 months of chasing my monies was i ever informed of this even when i called them nearly every week ,now the costs has risen to over £2770 and will go up having now to take it to the financial ombudsman wish i had gone with my own insurance company from the start
