“My husband and I got our new Motorola cell phones from Pyramid Sunday afternoon. The technician transferred all our data and apps from our old Motorola phones to the two new Edge 2023 phones. Balvindar was thorough and patient . It was one of easiest changeovers we have done. Thanks.”

“Sorry but this device is useless trying to go in with ps5 and its gets in but ping is massive high and when u watch programs it states u using a VPN and that i must dosconect. My wifi is 120meg line and i only get 19 download and 3.2 upload sorry but in the adds it was so good i aspected more off this device.”

“Doesn't work with TV subscriptions!! Apparently maybe you can switch vpn for each TV service. But I don't even know if that works. I doubt it! Even if it does, it sounds like you need to switch setting each time you switch between streaming services for a VPN specific for each service. No thanks!! But to mention, no where in their instructions or guides suggest this. They say it's "TV ready," but that is 100% a lie. All your streaming serives will detect you are using a VPN, if you're using Pyramid, and not let you watch. This was the reason I got this, and bottom line it doesn't work.”

We have support for all major streaming services including Hulu and Netflix, we also have stream optimised servers specifically for this - it doesn't need to be switched each time for example there is 'US TV & Movies' (this works with US streaming services) or 'UK TV & Movies' for the UK - it can be kept on these servers with no need to switch. It works on any device including Xbox, Roku, Smart TV, Apple TV, PS4, Fire Stick and more - it is TV-ready if a streaming service detects (as above) select a TV & Movies server.

“I don't have a pyramid WiFi yet I get charged for it out of my bank.thy have got my details from somewhere quite annoying as stop been put on my card now awaiting new one thanks pyramid not”

“I knew this was a more expensive option, but was willing to pay extra for what appeared to be easy setup and use. Unfortunately this has not been the case as it refuses to connect to their servers. Never mind, you live and learn. Last time I purchase from a Facebook advert!”

“The OS2 update is a nice improvement, but it was already a very good product. Enjoying having an iPhone app which is a lot more convenient and TV support is a welcomed addition. Overall, I highly recommend it.”

“Got it for PS4 lag, iptv and us Netflix . My PS4 still lags if not worse and speeds from test dropped to 11mbps from a normal 70mbps my iptv still freezes and can’t get us Netflix so pointless had it few month its wits in the draw doing Notting”

When you say you got it for PS4 lag, if you had a 70mbps connection it's unlikely that the cause of the lag was your internet connection. We also support US Netflix, so if you pop us a message we'll be happy to resolve this for you!

“I purchased this product based on the recommendation of a colleague, I also got the 1 year subscription. Setup is easy, no restricted websites, speed is good in most areas of my home. It works on my MAG box, I've had it drop connection twice in a week or so but its not a major deal to reconnect. The VPN package is impressive, a lot of servers and supports Netflix. There is a hit on internet speed but not too slow.”
