“A very big thank your to all at Pyramid Carpets for an excellent personal service, quality carpet and a first class fitter. Our ‘lighthouse’ stairs were measured and fitted to perfection. From the first phone call to book a viewing slot we could not have received a more first class service anywhere. D&H. Longden”

“We want to thank Pyramid Carpets for helping us decide on the carpeting needed for our lounge & dining area 👌we are so pleased with what we chose in the end & at a price we could afford with the quality included. Bradley was so kind & patient with us & nothing was to much trouble for him. We even had such a lovely carpet fitter that was a perfectionist at his trade. We have had both bedrooms fitted & now the lounge/diner so we will be ready for kitchen next👍 you can guess where we are going for the flooring 👌 Kind Regards Irene & Mick Gascoigne”

“Great team who sorted out the fitting of our kitchen floor and adjoining carpet. Special thanks to Mark who managed to arrange it all for us at a difficult time and to Julian who did an excellent job fitting the kitchen floor and Dean who did an excellent job fitting the carpet. Our new extension really looks great with all the flooring in now.”

Dear Mr Arnold, we made a genuine mistake which we have explained in detail. We offered options to you to allow the genuine mistake to be corrected by the parties to a contract. We suggest that if you continue to publicise the defamatory content on Google, you run a considerable risk of being in breach of the Laws relating to defamation. We hope that it is not necessary for us to remind you that in publishing content that identifies a company or individual online you must ensure that the facts and not allegations are published. I am asking you politely to edit your defamatory statement within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately if it is not edited within this timeframe, I will have no alternative but to take legal action against you. many thanks Pyramid Carpets

Dear Mr. Arnold, Further to our conversation, I can now see you have removed the word "criminal". You informed me you will not be editing any other allegations - "Don’t do business with them as they’re unreliable", "they are a total mess and not honestly trading". We made a genuine and honest mistake! As a small local business your review is severely damaging to our reputation that I will not ignore. As someone who is quoting the law to us, you will be aware of laws relating to defamation. I have given you the opportunity to amend your review to the facts. Your refusal now leaves me with no alternative but to pass this on to our solicitor to take legal action. Regards Pyramid Carpets

“Excellent service from point of sale to a smooth and swift fitting service from Pryamid Woodseats. Bradley in Woodseats store very helpful throughout and really appreciated the non pushy sales and expertise / sound advice. Julian did a fantastic job laying our LVT to kitchen, diner and utility following very careful preparation and attention to detail. “We have used Pyramid Carpets for approx 30yrs, we have always been happy with the service and Quality. Bradley has looked after us and we cannot fault him. we have just had our new house fully carpeted by 2 amazing fitters Ian and Brent, they went over and above to assist, they helped us turn a house into a home. we are always extremely pleased with Pyramid Carpets. “We needed a new carpet for our stairs and upstairs landing so got in contact with Pyramid. A cheerful young chap called Tim or Tom (I can't remember) came out to measure and was very friendly and gave really good advice on what colours would work and what thickness to go for. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service from start to finish, will be using again.”

“I had a lad called Tom come out to measure up for our carpets for our hallway and 2 bedrooms. He was very friendly and helpful and their price was cheaper than anywhere else we had been quoted. I would definitely use them again!”
