“I'm genuinely a bit baffled about how this pillow is supposed to work for anyone. The design of the cover is such that the straps warp and stretch during the night, leading to the two pilows having nothing to keep them in place and you end up between them with no support and nothing to keep you from rolling onto your back. I emailed Putnams about this and was told a new cover design would be sent out to me in 1-2 weeks and a 20% discount offered. 22 days, and one follow-up email from me later and I have no new cover and no response. My bump is now considerably bigger and I simply can't wait around any longer, worrying that I will roll onto my back in the night, and will have to suck up the expense of buying a different pillow elsewhere. I spent a lot of time researching pillows and really wanted this to be the solution so am disappointed, not to mention frustrated that I have been left hanging after a solution was seemingly offered.”
