“Bought a gift for my sons girlfriend and she was delighted with the chosen purse, would have given a 5 star review but only given 4 as inside the purse and hidden in one of the card slots was the price tag!”

“This is a lovely good quality bag, and a decent size for going away for a week. The only reason why I didn't give this five stars is due to the embossing . I wanted my initials embossed on the leather to give it a good personal feel to my bag. However the size of the font is far too small, I would go as far to say pointless and a waste of money. Such a shame...”

“Ok, so the item I purchased, leather card holder, was not the quality that I expected.. The stitching came apart on first use. That said I was offered a replacement, or money back as soon as I complained (email sent with video evidence) so I can't complain about service, just the quality, hence a reasonable score. I never sent the item back as it was less than £20”

“I love the Pure Luxuries handbags and the website is good the only complaint I have is that after I placed an order I didn't get a confirmation email so I rang to make sure my order was received which it had been another email was sent but I didn't receive that either though I received emails form customer service !!!!”

“The wallet I bought was excellent quality and was exactly what I wanted. It was also a very competitive price. My only complaint is that the pocket for notes was not large enough for the current £20 note but hopefully when the new smaller notes are introduced they may fit without folding.”
