I went on line to look at a black leather wallet purse which was advertised as being reduced from £65.00 to £20.00. The website stated that there was just one left........and I bought it. However, when I returned to the website to check the size it was still for sale....... However, having said all of that - I am pleased with it. I bought a similar one in Spain a number of years ago and paid more than £20 for it.

1st item was damaged thus needed to be replaced. Swift repsonse in exchanging however dissappointing had to be replaced.

The product ordered was in perfect condition. The overall rating is lower than it could be due to the delivery process to the Czech Republic. I would recommend the following to increase the quality of the delivery abroad: - please, include the telephone number in the address so that a courier can contact the recipient (it is included in the order confirmation, but not on the parcel) - inform your customer service that the parcels in the Czech Republic are delivered not by the local post, but by the company called GLS, so that they provide correct information to the customers It would help to avoid delays in the delivery. I was lucky to find my parcel before it was sent back, as I had to search through various forums what company is delivering parcels to the Czech Republic from the UK if not local post office.

Product good, delivery good and free returns, sadly I'm marking down as although my item had Asti ker saying checked the inner gift box was crushed, more annoying as outer box was fine so had obviously been sent that way , even though I had paid extra for git packaging now have to return and wait for new item to arrive shame as first experience with these guys, I emailed them to tell them and was less than impressed with the standard reponse, should have gone to aspinalls

I've always found it a painless experience shopping with Pure Luxuries. There are some great products and the website is really easy to use. Normally, purchases are delivered in a quick and fuss free way. However, this time the courier decided to lie and claim that a delivery had been attempted and a delivery note put through the door. Both claims were false as three people were in all day and no note was left. Eventually I got hold of a mobile phone number for the courier. The parcel was eventually delivered at 8.50 that night. It's not what I expect really and would make me think twice before ordering again. A real shame as it is a good company with good products.

I ordered a gents wallet, unfortunately upon receipt it was discovered that you could NOT put £20 notes into it as the wallet would not close. This was a shame as it seemed like a decent product. I am a little bemused as to why it was being sold as a wallet, however. The Wallet is now on its way back for a refund and I am hoping their returns service will be professional and efficient.

Wallets are sometimes designed with a smaller size to reduce pocket bulk and slim the design, and as such not all wallets will be able to accommodate all note sizes. We do endeavour to provide as much information as possible in order to assist in your selection, including a full description of what the wallet can hold and a list of all the features on the product page, as well as the wallet's dimensions. If you'd like to return the wallet to us at no cost to yourself using the pre-paid returns label and obtaining a free proof of postage, we'll be happy to replace the wallet for a different design upon receipt and inspection. delevery not by first class next day as promised but by Yodel a week latet. Nevertheless delivery was OK in the end.

Ordered a coin purse for my husband, it arrived next day, very impressed, the leather inner divider was more like stiff paper rather than the fine leather stated which was disappointing, if my dog hadn't bit the parcel and punctured the box that the purse came in then I would have returned it.

They let me buy the item then didn't have it in stock - need to make sure the website ties in with the stock count. Other than that disappointment, all was fine, dealt with and refunded me promptly.
