“Pure Cremation is something my dear brother organized before his death. I just carried out his wishes being his executor. But seeing what he organized I was very pleased with the outcome. Pure Cremation took care of everything from collecting my brother to bringing his ashes home to us as he requested. I would certainly recommend pure cremation.”

“It was not an easy decision to move away from a traditional funeral but following my wife's recent death I am so glad that we both decided to opt for a Pure Cremation plan. The care, compassion and professionalism shown throughout the process made a sad and difficult time much more bearable. I know when my time comes I will be in safe hands.”

“Amazingly helpful and friendly service. Generally very good at keeping you up to date with the process, and very supportive. My only (small) criticism would be down to a delay in letting me know about returnin my wifes ashes, due to a bout of illness in one of their departments. Whilst I understand that this can happen, it was a bit disappointing to be promised a phone call, and for it not to happen.”

“My family and I loved pure Cremation it was easy to arrange on the phone and all the staff very caring all the way and we didn't have to put ourselves through grief the day of the funeral when the hearse turns up and the funeral cars it's what mum wanted for my dad and Pure Cremation keep u informed all the way through it they told me dad had arrived in Andover and then they rang and said dad's ashes were coming home which they did sat 13 April hand delivered we all has a family recommend pure Cremation. Thanks again. Xx”

“Extremely pleased with the service provided from start to finish. My dad always wanted the "minimum of fuss". With no plan in place, PCL helped us sympathetically and so helpfully on the night of his death. Throughout the arrangements we were kept up to date, and whenever I did have questions these were helpfully answered. I never struggled to get hold of someone to speak with. Finally the delivery of my dad's ashes was very thoughtfully undertaken. My mum is in poor health and if this step had not been sympathetically handled it would have caused upset. The person who delivered them was very good and left an extremely good impression. I would recommend PCL to anyone who like our family does not consider a funeral/personal service to be for them.”

“A very professional and understanding service was provided from the initial phone call all the way through until the ashes were returned. I was kept up to date with all the important parts of the process and Pure Cremation made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible”

“Absolutely brilliant service I really am so happy we chose pure cremation it was so easy as soon as I called to say my hubby passed away they did everything for me I really couldn't have coped otherwise every step of the way they called you get your own personal person and they call to see how you are I really can't thank them enough for everything they did The gentleman who brought the Ashes home was lovely having a chat saying he was chatting to my hubby and had classical music on he phoned to say what time he would be here then phoned to let me know he's running 30mins later tube strike so traffic terrible then but things like that are so irrelevant So thank you so much for the care and service you gave me I have recommended people to you and am certainly going to arrange my own with you all our family live in different parts of the country then me in London so everyone is having a lunch when they are ready on my hubby It's all so much nicer this way Also the box the Ashes are in is beautiful all trees and nature I actually cried because it's so beautiful sent pictures to all family and everyone said how much nicer it was than what they have received in the past Once again a Big Thank you Gaynor”

“Pure Cremation - what can I say except a heartfelt thank you. Absolute 1st class service from beginning to end. They did everything I asked of them with calm, patient, empathetic professionalism. On one occasion, our liaison person Connor Wake rang to ask a question and caught me on a rough day but calmly allowed me a tearful 'vent' which helped, more than I'm sure he realised. Got me over that 'hump' so especial thanks to him. The way the ashes were respectfully carried when returned stood out for me. Both the lady who brought my mother-in-laws ashes back (apologies her name escapes me) and Connor are definately 'in the right job'. Thank you on on behalf of myself and my husband . Jayne Rickard”

“My mother in law passed witrhout warning, we didnt have any plans in place but contacted Pure Cremation after seeing the advert on the television. Right from the start the service provided was compassionate and efficient. The coomunication was excellent and we were provided with a comprehensive details of what would happen. PC dealt with the whole process and kept us informed all the way. We really cant fault the way we were dealt with from start to when Mums ashes were returned. I highly recommend the service they provide.”
