They showed compassion and guided me through the process every step of the way. \r\nI was assigned a dedicated member of the team, Rebecca, who was in regular contact both by phone and email to keep me up to date, advising when things had been completed and next steps. \r\nThe delivery of my fathers ashes was in line with what I'd been advised by Rebecca and on a date of my choosing; I received a call from Ryan who was delivering them to confirm a one hour time slot and he arrived during that time. He also took time to ask me how I was and asked me if I needed any support. \r\nI have nothing but praise for the company who were sensitive and compassionate at what has been a very difficult time. \r\nI would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't want the full funeral experience. "

"I found the entire experience of being supported by Pure Cremations, kind, sensitive, intelligent and considerate. \r\nIt was a huge relief to learn there was an alternative pathway for us to take in completing our loved ones earthly journey. \r\nInstead of having to endure the often stiff and informal services lead typically by someone who didn't know the deceased, in circumstances that do not feel like a match to their spirit and potentially surrounded and witnessed by folk we don't know but feel pressured to include, we could choose to handle the cremation privately without the typical service. \r\nWe received the ashes, most kindly delivered by their representative and can take our time to be with the ashes and have our own rituals and ceremonial goodbyes. \r\nI heartily recommend this approach. Seeing the attractive container surrounded by flowers and candles on our sideboard at home, has given all of us the chance to process the passing, without the extraneous stresses of the 'normal service. \r\nIt is so much more empowering and everyone who spoke or wrote to us was fantastic. \r\nI highly recommend Pure Cremations. \r\n\r\n\r\n. \r\n\r\n"

We lost both our parents within a couple of days of each other and pure cremations went above and beyond to offer us comfort and support and kept Mom and Dad together until the day of cremation. “Wonderful service !!! from the very start of setting up of the plan. Right through to sadly losing our loved one. Very professional, kept fully informed throughout. After informing them of the death, everything was dealt with very sympathetically, which took any additional stress away. We were informed when the body would be collected, what day the cremation would take place, a curtesy call to say everything went well. And then also a call to make arrangements for the ashes to be hand delivered when convenient. And a call on the day beforehand to check all was still convenient to deliver the ashes. Very polite staff, nothing was ever to much trouble. Katie our point of contact was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Our loved one was delivered in a beautiful container. We would highly recommend, and based on the super service we are now looking to set up plans ourselves!”

The excellent service provided by Pure Cremations allowed us to create our own remembrance event without too many tears or heart ache which worked out really well. “What a lovely experience. I wanted dad to have a funeral like my mum had but dad insisted on a pure cremation. I had reservations and was thinking the worse but I was totally wrong . From the start they were so helpful. Dads gp wasn't as quick as we'd hoped with information but pure cremation dealt with all that so I didn't have to. Staff were always so friendly compassionate and kind. Never used the words death it was always "his journey" I was able to dress dad in clothes I wanted which I didn't think I could. I could even have photos and some small possessions with him. I was informed of the date of his commital so it meant we could do something that day to feel part of "his journey" his ashes were returned to me in the most beautiful box with another friendly Compasionate member of staff. Not once have I felt dad missed out. I would highly recommend pure cremation. .”

“We contacted Pure after my Father-in-Law passed away during the night. We didn't have anything in place but I called Pure at 4.30 am, as his nursing home required the name of the funeral director that we would be using. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, there was no waiting in a queue and no instant payment was required. They arranged to collect my Father-in-Law later that same day. I received a few calls between his collection, the cremation and the return of his ashes and everyone I spoke to was very polite and sympathetic. Pure Cremation worked out best for us and we had absolutely no issues along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who would prefer a fuss-free cremation, it doesn't have to be pre-planned as I'd initially thought.”
