“Pure Cremation helped us with our Dads day. We cannot express how helpful and caring they were for us, on the day we were met by a lovely man who greeted us at Enfield Crematorium he spoke to us all about what we wanted and how we wanted the service to go checking with us about everything and just to take our time. We couldn't be happier for how the day went it was beautiful for our Dad. Would highly recommend Pure Cremation”

“From purchasing the plan for my dad till the day I received his ashes Pure Cremation have been exceptional. The day my dad passed I rang up to let them know and within whatever time they came. I can't remember how long they took to get to my dad's home as I was unaware of any time line because I was so upset. The guys who came were so so nice to me and my feelings. My dad was treated with dignity and even though I didn't watch them put my dad into their vehicle I just know they were careful and caring. Pure Cremation kept in touch via phone calls and we're always lovely on the phone. I was told the date of my dad's cremation but they couldn't give me a time. I got in touch with my family and friends and chose a time in the day to request that wherever they were in the world that they raise a cuppa for my dad. The call I got about his ashes being returned to me was again very thoughtful. A lovely lady rang me the morning I was to receive my dad's ashes and gave me a time she would be arriving at my home. When she arrived I truly didn't know what to do so I asked her in and offered her a drink. She didn't want one but listened to me talk about my dad and all the while she was holding the ashes. She asked me where I wanted them placing in which I asked her to place them on my sofa where my dad liked to sit. She explained about the certificate and a couple of things that were in the bag that held the container with the ashes. Before she left she gave me a big hug which I really appreciated as I was at home on my own. She dud ask me if I had someone to talk to which I have. All in all my experience with Pure Cremation was first class, professional and above all else caring and compassionate. Thankyou with all my heart for looking after my lovey dad.”

“Pure Cremation is something my dear brother organized before his death. I just carried out his wishes being his executor. But seeing what he organized I was very pleased with the outcome. Pure Cremation took care of everything from collecting my brother to bringing his ashes home to us as he requested. I would certainly recommend pure cremation.”

“It was not an easy decision to move away from a traditional funeral but following my wife's recent death I am so glad that we both decided to opt for a Pure Cremation plan. “Amazingly helpful and friendly service. Generally very good at keeping you up to date with the process, and very supportive. My only (small) criticism would be down to a delay in letting me know about returnin my wifes ashes, due to a bout of illness in one of their departments. Whilst I understand that this can happen, it was a bit disappointing to be promised a phone call, and for it not to happen.”

“My family and I loved pure Cremation it was easy to arrange on the phone and all the staff very caring all the way and we didn't have to put ourselves through grief the day of the funeral when the hearse turns up and the funeral cars it's what mum wanted for my dad and Pure Cremation keep u informed all the way through it they told me dad had arrived in Andover and then they rang and said dad's ashes were coming home which they did sat 13 April hand delivered we all has a family recommend pure Cremation. Thanks again. Xx”
