“I can not thank or reccomend Pure Cremations highly enough. Everyone we spoke, to from the evening of my fathers death to the return of his ashes, were knowledgable (I had no idea what i was doing and they explained everything i would need to know & do) Kind , respectful and treated my father with the upmost dignity. They kept us informed all the way through making a very sad occassion much easier for myself and my mother to deal with.”

“Kind, courteous, respect for an easy to deal with. When someone passes away you don't always know what to do and I was one of those people. I was led through the whole process from start to finish told what would happen at every stage that was the coroner the cremation the delivery the forms the tell us one service everything. It's not nice losing your loved one but these people do make it so much easier so thank you.”

“From start to finish, they were excellent. There were complications when my late mother was referred to the coroner, and therefore was first taken to a Coop funeral home. However, they were always there to answer questions and concerns at any time of the day, or night. They always informed me promptly of any changes, and everything was handled in a professional and sympathetic way. Eventually after the cremation, I was surprised when the ashes were delivered personally by one of their staff. Also, she made sure everything was ok. Can't fault them. Definitely recommend to friends, and family.”

“The Staff have been very kind and considerate. My brother was collected very promptly from 300 miles away near Durham, so he was close to our family in Portsmouth. I was kept informed every steps of the way and the Urn is beautiful. My brother was able to be at his two 'Celebration of Life' events.”

From the outset, Pure Cremation took control of everything, I was kept informed at all stages of Linda's Cremation. I had no need to worry about anything. “It was a very hard decision to make when my brother passed away as we are a very small family ,I heard from a friend of my brother who in fact has this plan in place so I thought why not just go with it I'm so glad I did it took all the pressure of me apart from filling in form and paying I did nothing ,all arranged by these good people very professional and compassionate ,ashes delivered by a lovely guy (Rhyn) very respectful ,I cannot fault these people oh and no hidden extras once you have paid your plan that is it,well worth it I'm so glad I went with Pure Cremation Thank You.”
